We had a great experience with SCS. Andrew was incredibly helpful in helping us choose the perfect sofa that suited our requirements — very patient and knowledgeable.

Today, the delivery team, Paul and Dalton, went above and beyond while delivering our sofa to our 2nd-floor flat. Hats off to their hard work and professionalism — they truly did an amazing job!

We received our replacement recliner sofa today, as our first one broke after only a few weeks. However, as with the first one, it came with plastic on the recliner, we couldn't remove the plastic the first time and had to go through a lengthy process to arrange to get this removed. When we asked for the guys to remove it one of them said "not a chance was he going near it with a blade and not their job to do this" then proceeded to say the plastic should be on there. Which after the first time we were made aware that that is not the case, I said to him would you have it on your sofa his reply was "I don't know I don't have a recliner sofa in a very flippant manor" which I felt was inappropriate and unprofessional. We ordered this furniture in February and to be still having issues 8 months later is unacceptable.

After paying over£3000.for a sofa .in April just gone it looks years old .its puddled which won't go back once you get up .we actually went away for a wk & it was the same when we arrived back .no help from customer service. Apart from sending someone out to look at structure obviously that's not the problem!! Just dont want to know & having poured our heart out telling them we made a wrong choice on our last purchase so need guidance there do this to us !! Shocking ..avoid SCS you will be sold crap furniture. What you see in store is NOT WHAT YOU GET DELIVERED!!

From the time we ordered our sofas to delivery it was a 5 star experience. The lady in the shop was patient and very knowledgable.

Communication about delivery date and time estimate was given a couple of days before with an estimated time the night before.

Stephen & Michael the delivery guys kept us updated about delivery time. They were very polite and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. All the packing was removed.

The sofas are extremely comfortable and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Brilliant service from Matthew in the show room at Cleveland Retail Park to the 2 delivery guys who swiftly and carefully delivered my mums new sofa. Excellent communication from the company to let us know exactly what was happening and to the fifteen minute slot of the delivery.

Barbara helped me loads with finding a sofa that will satisfy what I was looking for.

Within 2 minutes of arriving Matthew had identified the right sofa for our needs. Polite, not over bearing and extremely helpful.

We went to SCS Middlesbrough last week to have a look around and to see if we could find a corner sofa that would go nicely in our front room. This is where Barbara comes into the mix 😊. Absolutely lovely lady and took the time to explain to us a few things that had changed since we had last bought our sofa from there. We told her our ideas and she lead us straight to our dream sofa. She also helped us to pick out the perfect colour fabric after listening to what we wanted.

A few days later there was a bit of confusion from our end not SCS and Barbara took the time to call us and reassure us.

We are absolutely over the moon with the service we received and cannot wait for our new sofa and chair to arrive. We don’t want to wish the year away but September needs to hurry up 🤣.
