New Suite Purchase

Good experience from original purchase discussions to delivery. Suite arrived a week or so early which we were able to accomodate.
Was kept well informed during the delivery process & happy with the performance of the delivery crew

Only rated one star as I can’t rate 0.
Had sofa just about a year and 2 of the seats are collapsing. Contacted extra insurer and not covered. Went to store and told is covered but have to email to get warrenty claim. Went through process and told sofa not been looked after as per photos therefore not covered. The sofa is immaculate and well looked after. Challenged warranty department and had not one call or email back. Absolutely disgusting service and lack of cover on a product you can’t sit on. Will not and would not advise anyone buys anything from them. Happy to take your money £4000 well spent-RUBBISH.

Quercioli 2 seater and corner sofas

The guys that delivered the sofa, Paul and Paul were amazing. They rang in advance to let us know that they were on their way. So friendly and professional. We were surprised that they took the packaging away- thank you so much.

The sofas are beautiful and so comfy.

From ordering to delivery - there hasn’t been a hitch.

Dahlia Green L shaped sofa

Dahlia Green L shaped sofa.
From order to delivery I was kept in the loop. I had the notification about delivery. The men James and Paul called me to say they were half hour away. They delivered sofa with great care. They were very polite and friendly. Asked where I wanted my sofa , unpacked it all and then checked al parts where there and that everything that should work was working. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They tidied all the rubbish and took it away with them. The weather on the day of delivery was wet and miserable but they wiped there feet on the big bit of carpet I had put out and respected my flooring. All together I’m very satisfied with my goods and with James and Paul two very friendly blokes. 10/10

Good but could have been great

Order finally completed but very disappointed we couldn’t bring the delivery forward despite the store offering before Xmas delivery after we placed the order in October. All in all a good experience and the fitting team were good.

Disappointing delivery

Very disappointed in the delivery of my sofa! First of all, I have absolutely no problems with the sofa. The sofa is beautiful! On the other hand, I had paid extra for the packaging to be disposed of after the delivery of my sofa. They couldn’t get through into the living room through the front door due to the size of the sofa. I then asked if they could take it round the back of the house as it’s a bigger space into the living room. They then refused and the only option they gave me was for it to be delivered after Christmas! We asked them to take it up the road to my parents house. They left the packaging on and left. Today we have managed to get it through the back door ourselves. We have had no option of a partial refund. Very disappointed with the delivery process!

The team will always aim for a successful delivery however if they feel the goods will not fit they will advise of this, to prevent any damage to the furniture or to your home.

Didn’t use initiative

Didn’t use initiative, were quick to say it’s not going in without trying. After being encouraged they then trailed through my house no shoe covers on, brand new floor covered in mud

Delivery persons very professional and…

Delivery persons very professional and considerate, put down covers as we just had new carpet fitted. Assembled sofa and placed where we wanted. Very nice and friendly people. Store staff very helpful coordinating delivery to suit us. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

A first class service from start to finish!

We had a pleasurable experience buying our sofas at SCS. The staff were Friendly, Helpful, Experienced and Informative of promotions etc. We were well informed of when the delivery was expected through text and emails. On the delivery day, we could track when our order would arrive. The delivery guys called us up about 30 minutes before arrival to confirm they were on their way. Once here they were polite, careful not to damage our property/sofa then showed us how the sofa operated and took all the packaging away. A First class service all round.

My sofa arrived in April and we’ve…

My sofa arrived in April and we’ve already had the technician out (who was useless btw and told us to buy a de bobbler - shouldn’t have to do that for sofas that cost over £1,000). The sofa is in awful condition already - bobbled everywhere with wood sticking out of one side causing a line in the fabric. Zips stuck on cushions and just an all round awful
sofa. I’m devastated that I have to further pay for this sofa as I got it on a payment plan and it already looks absolutely awful!!

Missed my delivery deadline of the 26th…

Missed my delivery deadline of the 26th November which is 3 months since ordering 1 chair. The salesman knew we were going on holiday before Xmas and the local store brush us off saying they can give us no further information than what we can see on my account. Then try contacting any Head Office - good luck with that. Terrible after sales service and useless information online if everything doesn't go according to plan.

I am very sorry to see that your delivery is longer than we had previously estimated for.
We do advise in our terms and conditions that the date can change by 4 weeks either side of the original date shown on your order document.
Any pre-delivery enquiries are dealt with via the store directly rather than the aftercare team in head office so I apologise for any difficulty in contacting us.

Second to none

This delivery service was 1st class. Communication, tracking facility and time related contact was spot on. The two lads who delivered my suite, were pleasant, efficient and removed any/all mess. I was more than happy with the full delivery aspect

Absolutely 5Star..

On placing my order I can not fault the service I received from Barbara at the store, she was so helpful in assisting in making the right decision and colour choice.
It took about 6weeks for my sofa to arrive and the delivery guys did a fantastic job of placing it where I wanted along with unpacking and set up.

All the packaging was removed and my sofa looks amazing.10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
