I was able to track my delivery and even had a phone call just before they arrived.
They were very good at taking the sofa upstairs. It seemed a few seconds when we were told it was ready!!

A clear explanation of how the store works, how it's laid out and then offered to look around the store. We were then engaged with when we had questions about a suite that interested us. Shown the options and given an explanation of price current offers and interest free period, which helped in our decision. Once we had decided everything was done promptly and efficiently. The store manager Nathan was very engaging and helpful. Our suite will be delivered in mid September which fits in with our plans.

My new sofa was delivered a month earlier than expected which was a bonus, although maybe I was given a later date so not expecting it yet? Either way I was delighted to get it earlier.
The delivery guys, Ash and Dave were polite, friendly, helpful and efficient.
It all went smoothly, didn’t take long to install at all and they didn’t leave till I was satisfied with everything.

No choice in the matter . They would deliver twice and then they would charge me if I was not in .poor poor customer service

Patient, wasn’t too pressured which sofa shopping was prior to this, left to look and wander when needed.

Arrived at the scheduled time even rang half an hour before arrival. Sofa was unpacked tightly on my driveway and deposited in my lounge with no issues very kind gentlemen.
