Excellent service from purchasing the sofas to the delivery. Great quality sofas which look great. Delivery was excellent installed quickly and efficiently and took care throughout and took all the rubbish with them.

Everything has been great from first walking into the shop in Newport to David and Josh delivering my furniture, they were on time, very efficient and courteous and took all the packaging away. Lots of communication and I was kept up to date with my order every step of the way. The furniture is really comfortable and a lovely colour. Very pleased.

Experience in the shop was very good. Had some great advice on the material and cushioning to suit our needs. We arrived late on a Saturday and the staff were more than happy to keep the shop open even though we said we would come back. Comms could have been better with progress of sofa build etc the purchase, delivery and associated Comms were very good indeed

SCS Avoid at all costs. We have waited 20 weeks for our sofa and 1 chair to be delivered, no updates, no communication at all. On the plus side, the 3 man delivery team were 5*, clean and tidy, polite, punctual and friendly. Well Done David and Team.

We ordered our sofa from SCS in August and have taken delivery of it today. It arrived on time and we were kept updated through out. The sales team were helpful and kind. The two delivery men were fantastic and placed the sofa where we wanted and took away all the cardboard and plastic. We are all very happy with the sofa and would not hesitate to shop there again

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They didn't put pressure on us but were there for questions. We went to SCS stores in Bristol and Newport. Evan from the Newport store in South Wales gave helpful advice and went out of his way to assist during delivery when the company's computers were down. Happy with the sofa we purchased.

We bought a new sofa yesterday from SCS . Damien and the branch manager were so helpful .would definitely recommend going there and seeing these guys . Damien explained everything to us and it was a very nice store with great staff

Delivery men kept me informed of their arrival time. It was a very hot day and their last delivery so they must have been tired. They were very polite, cheerful and very efficient, a credit to the company.

Able to brouse through the shop without being pestered. Once we picked the sofa, the sales team were very helpful and friendly. Due to house decoration not done on time, SCS held back delivery for us. No pressure at all. Delivery team on time, friendly and professional. From start to finish a great experience with SCS

After 3 months of waiting for our sofa we anticipated the delivery however this could not happen due to it not fitting through our doors however the delivery people left dirty footprints throughout the hall and lounge - not great. We needed to make adjustments and therefore another delivery date was organised. On the second delivery date the van broke down and another date had to be arranged. This time everything went smoothly, 3rd time lucky. I would just like to call out Evan from the SCS Newport office who had been brilliant in sorting out the problems and keeping us informed.

Very good to work with on time cleaned everything away lovely gentlemen delivered my sofa and chair always asking if everything was OK 👍5⭐️

Hello everyone who reads this before getting a warranty from SCS. We have a 3 seater, recliner, one of the arms and side have dropped, using the warranty the engineer came out said there was nothing wrong except the cushion could do with a refill he will arrange a new piece of form to see if
that lifts the arm up. We have heard nothing since then (over two months) arm still dropped and now making a noise when you sit down. I would think twice before I pay out for the warranty next time
