Very good delivery, no problems men knew what they were doing.

Sofas were ready for delivery about 3 weeks before expected date. There was good communication re delivery time on the day from using the tracker and a phonecall from drivers. The sofas were assembled and put in place quickly.

Very good tracking system from morning of delivery. When the 2 men arrived, 1 came in to check where furniture was to be situated, other began unpacking. Brought in furniture fitted it exactly where we requested. Working all the time, whilst explaining care, etc. Would definitely reccomend this store again

Loved the colour blue even more than when I selected it from the examples in shop. Delivery guys were great. Very friendly and quickly assembled everything.

I was kept informed on when the suite would arrive. The lads brought the suite in and fitted everything together, they made it look so easy. They took me through the workings of the suite before I signed the paperwork. All went quickly and smoothly.

We were left to look around and try many arm chairs until we found the one we decided to have. The member of staff Steve was most helpful and left us to make a decision without pushing us in any way to make our choice . He was understanding to our needs.

Stevie welcomed us into the store and gave us some information about the sofas, before leaving us to browse. We never felt under pressure to buy and he was happy to answer any questions we had. Stevie emailed us with details of the sofa we liked and was not pushy in any way. We returned the next day, after deciding to buy and were made to feel welcome once more. Stevie fully explained about the procedure when buying and checked with us that everything was correct. We are thrilled with our sofa, armchair and footstool that we have ordered and look forward to it being delivered.

Great delivery, timing, furniture set up and attitude.

Arrived on the day given when ordering. Delivery was within the time given by email and with a call from the delivery team 40 mins before. The delivery crew were polite and efficient. Sofa unpacked installed and checked within a few minutes. All packaging then removed. No problems with the sofa, colour and quality as expected.
