Service excellent from start to finish!Love the sofas!

Served by the lovely Pam today, so friendly and super helpful. Looking forward to the delivery of our new suite.

Glenn, at the Nottingham store, was very accommodating, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I even got a cup of tea. Wouldn’t hesitate to use ScS again.

We visited the lady bay store today in Nottingham and was served by Pam.

From start to finish her assistance was exceptional! She kindly greeted us as we entered the store and gave us all the information needs, she was very accommodating and made us a drink whilst we browsed the range of materials and colours as I myself am so indecisive.

After 3 days and 4 different furniture stores you made our experience so easy and relaxing with no pressure at all! You are a credit to your store Pam and have the patience of a saint! We can’t wait to receive our new sofa.

Took my mum to look at new sofas the lady that showed us round was very friendly and helpful

I went with my son to purchase a sofa and Pam was the lady who helped us out. She was just wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the product, answering all our questions. There was no heavy sales pitch and we didn't feel under any pressure from her. She allowed us to ponder which gave us space to think. We went back the next day and completed the purchase. Thank you Pam.

Pam was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She ensured I got an excellent deal on a sofa and armchair.

We received our sofa and chair today. Only one small problem from start to finish was the agent in the shop gave us the wrong price. We called the centre who gave me a ring back. I spoke to a lovely lady who helped me with my problem. She even gave me a courtesy call back the next day to see if I was happy with the outcome. Great service.
The furniture was delivered this morning by Tom and Paul. They kept us in touch with timings. They were both very polite and courteous. They set up the sofa and chair and made sure it was all working and there was no damage. All packaging removed no mess left. Excellent service by both men.

Still no resolution, 4 times we have tried to call 0191 521 9521 since they forgot to leave the 3 leather kits and said we had them delivered - not true!
We have tried the delivery team, and customer services, even using social media, and time STILL NOTHING since 17/4/25.
Every time I try to contact I will now leave a negative review and recommend everyone else does.

They have virtually sold me £300 of products and not provided them, as well as ZERO customer service to follow this up.

I am now taking this to Trading Standards as a formal complaint! I have screenshots of calls and web forms as evidence.

We initially went to view sofas but saw the one we liked. The sales team were really good. They didn't put any pressure on us and the process of buying was good.

I today visited SCS in Colwick Nottingham. May I say that the service, knowledge and overall experience was absolutely amazing. The salesman Glenn was informative without being pushy, makes a good coffee too... Thank you so much Glenn for your help and guidence.

Shop sold premium delivery- £150 extra we did not need, or asked if we needed!

Worst customer service experience ever!

Delivery scheduled on our holiday- called over 20 times could not get through for over 6 hours, emails sent four times, store visit and the on-line form and not even a response until drivers turned up and called us- when we were on holidat

When eventually delivered did not leave the 3 leather kits ! But said you had them on the delivery! We have videos in our home so I will be following up!

Will never use again! No confidence it trust! Just sales tactics!
