We just popped in as we were looking for a new sofa.
They had lots of good offers on and Glen from Nottingham branch sorted us out.
Very professional guy and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Not good at all. Sofa was delivered today 11/07/2025. The delivery drivers bought the sofa into the house & then said we can not build the sofa due to the corner section the whole frame has collapsed & snapped, left us with a half built sofa and left the broken section in the middle of the living room. Spoken to a lady on the phone who had to forward us onto their ‘assessor’ who will come out and assess the damage. We’ve now got to wait a further 4 weeks for this while being left with Half a broken sofa left in the middle of the front room! We’ve already waited 3 whole months for delivery now to be delivered a broken unusable sofa and have to wait 4 weeks just to decide if it can be repaired or needs to be replaced! Not good at all. Not happy.

I'm happy with the sofa and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good small sofa that is just basics, and the staff Tim recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

I will give 5 stars when I received my sofa.

Glenn was really helpful in supporting our purchase, no pressure but on hand to answer questions, makes a great cup of coffee too!

Went in for a browse today not really knowing what we were looking for. Tim was very helpful without being pushy, very knowledgeable about the industry and the company products and processes. Came out pleased with 2 new sofas on order.

We purchased a 3 piece and a 2 piece sofa - they arrived on 17th April.
Once they were unwrapped I notice they were two different shades of grey.
The delivery drivers told me to call the main number to report it, that the factory must have ran out of that colour fabric we ordered and added a new roll but was accidentally the wrong colour.
I called the number provided ( on hold for 2 hours before even speaking to anyone) sent the photos across to which we were told there was no difference and the lady on the phone couldn’t tell the difference it must be the lighting in the room.
She then proceeded to tell me that if the batch numbers are the same on the bottom of each sofa there was nothing they could do.
We pushed back and managed to speak to someone else which agreed there was a difference in colour.
7 weeks on we are still not further with getting the correct sofa colour delivered to us. Everyone we call we are on hold for 2+ hours to be told they are still waiting for the factory to accept fault!
Absolutely terrible customer service would not recommend to purchase from this company.
Nobody seems to care and the staff are unprofessional!!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Fast clean delivery only thing I will say when a customer gives another contact number for contact don't use the original one (I work nights so was disturbed by updates)

Friendly professional service. Items delivered on schedule, unpacked, assembled and checked without fuss. All packaging removed and disposed of.

I went to buy a sofa and the gentleman who was in the shop was very respectful and just let me look around his name is Glenn he was very helpful when I asked him a question I would recommend anyone to go to scs

We had a great experience in-store today. We found Tim very approachable, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Tim was on hand with any questions we had whilst we were trying to find our new sofa. Once we decided on a sofa, he handed us over to Yvette, who was lovely and talked through all the necessary items we would need to complete our purchase. Overall we couldn't fault the service and can't wait for our new sofa to arrive. Huge thanks to Tim and Yvette for all there help and would highly recommend.

Great experience this morning at scs, we had a good idea of what we wanted, but with the guidance from Tim, he helped us make our decision without being pushy. It was relaxed, happy atmosphere.

Glenn was very helpful, with a non pushy approach. Gave us plenty of time and space to make an informed decision. Very good experience and we came away very happy and looking forward to getting our new sofas.
