I went to look at sofas last week. While my mum and I were wandering around, Tim came up to us, helped us out, and showed me a couple of sofas he thought I might like. He was extremely friendly and funny as well. Yvette and Glen were also very nice.

I had the sofa delivered to my home, and the delivery team was super friendly and helpful. At first, the sofa wouldn’t fit through my door, but they patiently helped me find another way to bring it in. Thanks to their effort, the sofa was fitted into my home perfectly.

Ordering my sofa was so easy and the assistant was brilliant! On delivery day had a phone call to let me know what time they would be with me and they were spot on time. It took them literally 10 minutes to get the sofa in and set up and they were really lovely. There was a slight mark on the sofa which I think has now come off but they did take a photo just in case and we’re really attentive.

Myself and my mother were dealt with by both Tim & Glenn. We couldn’t have been in better hands. Knowledgeable and professional. They knew everything about their products which helped with our purchase.

Ladybay retail park nottingham Scs outlet worst experience and customer service ever. we were looking for sofas we liked one. price was set they agreed free delivery to us at our house. we had our little 2 year old boy he was wondering round and his feet stuck in one of the lamps and it broke. we said sorry.but when it came to buying the sofa the staff we are not selling it unless you pay for lamp which is worth 2000£ yes you heard it right 2000 £ lamp in an Scs store. its not a Matalan store lamp over here she said. since we liked the sofa we agreed to paying for delivery. now i am thinking i should not have bought it. the staff worker also intentionally wrote my address postcode wrong. the delivery guy turned up at wrong address and the delivery driver said to me they have done it intentionally so your warranty gets void on it. its been over a week i sent an email to SCS customer service no reply from them. very poor customer service very poor behaviour towards clients of other ethnicity me being asian origin. not happy at all

Told the delivery would be between 13.00-19.00. Then got a text saying 1535-1600 then 2 young lads finally arrived at 21.10. The lads had no idea what they were doing I was worried they were going to damage the sofa or my walls. They finally got it into the room and set it up they told me they had 2 more deliveries to do they has been given 25 deliveries that day.

From start to finish, I got great service. Delivery was very good and on time.

DAY 1 I went in to look at Corner sofas at Lady bay Nottingham. I saw a few sofas that I liked, but wanted it in leather. Tim came over and was incredibly helpful, he shown me various sofas which I could have in leather. Tim was excellent helping me measure the sofa's.
Day 2 I was back for a second look. I met Pamela who shown a few sofas perfect size for my living room. I ended up choosing a sofa which was perfect for me. Tim and Pamela couldn't have done any more to help. Great service. Thank you

My husband and I went to SCS in Lady Bay, Nottingham looking to replace our sofa and chairs. We were advised by Pamela that it was a clearance type store and how the 2 pricing structures work. I was also told there was a lift to the next floor as she must have noticed I walk with a crutch. We were not followed around as we have found in other stores but when we had a question, Pam was there and very knowledgeable in the products, delivery dates etc. We asked for the swatches when we decided on the set we wanted and again, Pam found these for use and left us to look through the many choices.
Once we decided, we sat and placed the order.
Making a large purchase like this is not done lightly so meeting Pam and her sharing her knowledge in such a professional and friendly manner, meant our experience was most enjoyable! So, I can highly recommend Pam at Lady Bay and would like to thank her for her assistance with our purchase!
