Our furniture was delivered today, we were kept updated through the day as to what time it would arrive, the delivery guys called to let me know what time they would expect to be with us. The two guys that delivered it were extremely polite & friendly , they placed the furniture in position, took away all the packaging and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. An asset to SCS

I popped in not really knowing what I wanted, but after speaking with Kane and Shaun, they pointed me in the right direction and helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for. They took the time to answer all my questions and really reassured me with my choice. The whole booking process was smooth and stress-free, and now I’m excited to receive my order! Their customer service was fantastic — if you need help finding the right fit for you, definitely go and see them!

She was very knowledgable on all of the ranges of sofas and fabrics and also arranged for us to buy the Sofa and arm chair we wanted on interest free with no deposit. Lee (the manager) made our experience seamless at SCS. First time homebuyers looking for a perfect sofa, and he introduced some great offers and customisation that meant we got our dream sofa all sorted within an hour. We can't thank Lee enough for being so hospitable and kind, and answering all our questions. Thanks ever so much for helping us make our house a home!

(Lee also gave some great advice to avoid Tapis in Drakehouse when getting carpets. We were quoted £1.3k for two rooms, but with Lee's recommendation, we went to Wilsons' Carpets and saved £500! We owe Lee a big bottle of something! Thanks again so much)

Delivered when I was told by two men who contacted on the morning to give me an eta and arrived on time. Polite courteous and respected my property and they were very friendly and explained everything

Visited SCS Drakehouse, assisted by Ryan to find the new sofa I needed. Ryan was friendly, polite, helpful, answered all my questions with patience and with the necessary product knowledge without being pushy. Even provided a great cup of coffee. This is the second time I have purchased from SCS and would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend. Thank you Ryan.

Perfect communication scs messaged me to let me know when to expect my delivery days before and then also early morning on the day of delivery. The delivery team phoned me up 1 hour before delivery and spoke very professional and polite explaining that they would be at my address within the hour and if this was OK. They was bang on time and delivered my new furniture professionally taking care of the items and my home. They set up my furniture exactly how I wanted it and made sure it was delivered in perfect working condition with no damage or faults. They also double checked my home to make sure that the furniture was delivered safely into my hghome without damage. They was very well spoken and friendly and didn't hesitate to explain any questions I asked. I thought they was very helpful and I felt more than comfortable inviting them into my home with my young children present they worked very safely removing all packaging and putting my furniture together and setting up the electrics safely and neatly. These guys are a absolute credit to your delivery team. My furniture took around 20/30 minutes to set up as there was lots of wires and separate boxed parts. They didn't rush nor did they work slow they took the correct time to complete this delivery safely neatly and perfect making sure that I was happy with the service and product. They gave me a white glove quality service, well done Andy and Thomas what a team!

What a wonderful experience went in to look for a sofa at the drakehouse store was able to browse and look without any hassle when I was ready for help a colleague called Shaun came over he was absolutely fantastic new everything about every sofa I asked about he is an absolute credit to the company was so helpful and not pushy I would highly recommend this store especially Shaun the other colleagues was very friendly as well I did go look somewhere else before I decided but because of Shauns fantastic customer service I went back and purchased my sofa

Two young ladies arrived just before the given time slot and were very polite. They did an exceptionally good job getting our sofa and chair through some tight doorways, causing no damage, and were very professional. We are very pleased overall with the service. 10/10 *****
