We had our sofa delivered by Michael & Liam . We had a message the night before confirming delivery then the next morning we were given a 30 minute delivery slot then they phoned when they were 20 minutes away.

They were very friendly & helpful while setting up the sofa with no fuss.

We were greeted by Ryan at the Drake House, Sheffield store. He was really friendly and knowledgeable about the sofas we were interested in but not at all pushy (as in some stores) we were also offered coffee by one of Ryan’s Colleagues whilst he sorted out the details of our order. It was a pleasure to meet and do business with Ryan and his two colleagues who were all friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We would recommend this Branch and staff with confidence. We went to the Drakehouse store and was greeted by Ryan. From the get go, he was extremely friendly and accommodating, listened to all our needs and wants and helped us find the perfect sofa & chair for our new home. The experience could have been very overwhelming with the multitude of options available, but he walked us through everything making it very easy and relaxed. We felt no pressure from him or any of the team to purchase anything, and we ended up walking away with a good deal that suited us.

Normally we go to stores and instantly judged on first site. We are not feral common trash, we work and probably make more money than some. I find in some stores that you get judged by your appearance, That kind of store I wouldn't pay into and would walk out the door weather I liked there product or not. I found the sales staff at your drakehouse store sheffield very much on a level friendly and helpful. We wasn't treated or judged in any negative way. We wasn't pushed into any purchase and felt relaxed in store to look around without bother. When we wanted advice or we had any questions the sales team was more than happy to give us there time and answer our questions in a professional manner without being snobby. They was very friendly and helpful to all there browsing shoppers. Everyone despite their appearance was spoken to correctly and advised in a friendly none pushy professional manner. Your sales staff at drakhouse sheffield are a true credit to your company. It's not always about training people, some things come from the person themselves. I know they want to make sales but they really didn't push or try to convince me, I felt completely relaxed with friends. After all I only nipped out to get some pack up for work and ended up having 2 settees and a ham sandwich. You're quality of furniture turned my eye and your sales team....... well it says it all. Absolute credit to your store drakehouse sheffield!

Really happy with the delivery process. I was informed constantly as to when the settee would arrive. The delivery men ( Darren and Liam ) were brilliant. I can't thank them enough . Excellent service

Really friendly guys delivered my settee shame my order was wrong for the second time ,the guy were quick and efficient to sort it me out ,really helpful ,so I’ve kept my old detachable settee to my new one to save messing about for another 14 weeks when I’ve already waited since oct for my first order

I bought a sofa from them and they told me, and it was written on the website, that delivery was free. When they sent me the invoice, it also included 119 lira for shipping.
I don't trust them anymore. I don't know when they will deliver my sofa, if they lied from the beginning. I don't recommend this company.

Ordered a corner sofa 17th January 2025 told it would be 14th April for delivery.went into store 2 weeks after and was told I should get an email in next 10 days absolutely nothing from them.just been in again and told it SHOULD be in warehouse for 8th may and I SHOULD Get it a week later.so that makes the promised 12 week delivery to 17 that's if it turns up then.my daughter went to furniture village a day after I ordered mine at scs and it was delivered 5 week ago.i know where I am going next time and it's not scs.terrible terrible service.

I phoned customer services on Tuesday afternoon and requested a call back. They didn't call me back until Thursday morning.

Was helped and advised by Lee. I found Lee to be very professional and knowledgeable on all the sofas I looked and enquired about. Lots of sofas to choose from in the newly furnished shop. I did purchase a sofa at at great price and am looking forward to getting it delivered.

My original review was 5 stars, as the employees at the Sheffield branch of SCS were fantastic and my issues are not with them at all. I’ve left my original review below because my gripes are not to do with the initial service we were shown.

We ordered our sofa on 17th April and were told that delivery would be end of June/early July. We received a text to say delivery would be July 12th, unfortunately we couldn’t do that date so we rearranged delivery to the 15th. It was not easy getting through on the phone at all, I spent 3 days calling up to just sit in a queue for half an hour; it was much easier to request a call back instead.

I then got a text on the 10th to say that the order had been cancelled and they’d get in touch with a new delivery date. I rang again and the delivery employee could not have been less helpful if he tried - he couldn’t tell me why the sofa was delayed, he couldn’t tell me where it was and he couldn’t tell me when it would be delivered! I spent a few days ringing up to just be told the same thing, and when I asked to be put through to his manager he point blank refused and transferred me to the store instead. They don’t have a proper complaints department and apparently nobody more senior that I could speak to.

I spoke to the store, who told me that the delivery was initially due in on 4th July but was now due in on the 21st. I was promised a call back yesterday that never happened, so I called up AGAIN to be told that the system just shows ‘awaiting stock’ and they have no idea where my sofa is. The employee told me that the paperwork does say to expect delays, but what I don’t expect is for the company themselves to tell me they have no idea where my sofa is or when the issue will be resolved. I’ve been promised a call back from his manager today, so we’ll see if that happens - but at this point, we’ve been waiting over 3 months and the company now doesn’t even know where the actual product is. Absolutely shocking customer service, bad communication and ultimately they’ve taken a lot of money from us without providing the product in return.

Ryan at the Sheffield branch was an absolute dream - we went into the store 3 days in a row trying to decide what we wanted and he was so accommodating. Was happy to answer any questions we had and never once tried to upsell anything to us or pressure us into buying any extras that we didn’t need.

The choice of suites were excellent the assistant a female shown me where all the fabrics that were available could be found when I had decided which one liked very helpful telling me it could be a recliner very efficient and knowledgeable about products .the other reason I choose you company I previously had one from another branch of ours over 20years ago and it's still in a serviceable condition

I had visited Sheffield Drakehouse Store approx 3 weeks earlier so had narrowed my choice to x2 sofa makes. With Shaun's help I then chose the material & colour. Shaun left me to browse, but was there to help with his many years of knowledge & expert opinion, The new SCS set up is a massive improvement!
