Excellent Service …
We visited the Slough showroom and was greeted by Graham who was very helpful in making our decision in buying our new suite. Then from taking the order until receiving our sofa today, we have been regularly keep informed of progress and the delivery was a few weeks earlier than we were originally told, happy days. Then today Rich and Dean delivered our suite. Again, we were informed of time of delivery by text and email, and then the guys called by phone when we were next on their list. They were both very good and very professional. Would not hesitate in recommending SCS to friends and family.

I am not happy with my settee
I am not happy with my settee. White marks left where people have sat,no matter how long they have been on it. Arms are not comfortable. Backs of cushions look as if I've had the settee well over a year.Material looks ruffled and if too much padding.
Not happy at all.

We went to Slough, we were asked straight away how they could help. Andrew was very welcoming and friendly, knew exactly where the sofa was that we had come to see (there are a lot of sofas in the store!).
He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

An obvious manufacturing fault was…
An obvious manufacturing fault was discovered soon after a carpet fitting. However SCS were not interested in the slightest. So lets see how this unfolds...
As expected, our claim was refused. I only wanted a small piece of stair carpet replaced. So because of that, I won't buy that new sofa we need. Their loss.
