At SCS, furniture is made to a high quality standard. Delivery was much earlier than stated, which was brilliant! Delivery guys were extremely careful and respectful of our property and Furniture. Very friendly guys too, can't fault them at all. Well done yet again for us, SCS. Thank you, in my opinion, for being the best furniture retailer around

Kyle and Martel were excellent when they delivered our second sofa. They helped us take the window out, as this was the only way to get it in our home! The two guys who delivered our first sofa were also just as excellent, unfortunately they didn’t leave us their names. Thank you for great customer service, going above and beyond.

Excellent service, took great care to ensure delivery went smooth , kept informed throughout day when furniture would arrive, both delivery staff efficient and friendly very polite and helpful great service thank you.

After cancelling the first delivery they gave us a refund on the delivery and changed the price because it was on offer and came the week after well happy with sofa 😀

HOWEVER STORE
The service from store was a joke as I had to go in 4 times requesting updates on delivery it has taken 4months from purchase to be delivered!! I was told every time I would get email from customer service but I received nothing at all ! On last visit to store was told I had been booked in for delivery date the next day but I knew nothing about this and I was unfortunately at work ! Requested revised date to be told I would get call from h delivery base again nothing!
Two days later a text message giving me a delivery date ! Ridiculous customer service from store

Buying the sofa was a breeze with a super polite young man.
Not the jolliest of delivery people! However, the service was fast and efficient and that's what's important to me.

Both Craig and Travis did a great job getting my new three piece suite into my house and assembled it accordingly.
Very satisfied.

Bought on 11th February 2025, here we are in June 2025 and still no furniture, let down 3 times, stay away from this company, today I cancelled and am getting a refund

Furniture delivered on time, Paul and Tom were very friendly and expertly delivered and assembled our 3 piece suite.
They were both very considerate and removed all packaging and showed us how the powered recliners worked. Would recommend SCS for the brilliant service.

Damian I think his name was, a Jamaican man he was super helpful honestly would only go here if he was serving he was so helpful anything I wanted more info on he was right on it.

The actual day of delivery was superb ,
Polite and courteous in terms of delivery men however the customer care pre delivery is nothing short of unworkable

I understand you have been taken. Over by the Italian supplier - I hope they improve the customer care pre delivery
You can’t get through to Sunderland office we waited 4-5 hours to speak someone !

Ordered our sofas the first week in February , delivered second week of May.
No hassle from start to finish.

The gentleman that served us - Damain really went over & above to look after us. There was no pressure selling, however if it wasn't for his professional & friendly personality & attitude, we wouldn't have made the purchase for the sofas.

SCS Solihull have the most exceptional top customer service there is out there, more so specifically Damain who served us. We saw a sofa for my sister in the Ghallager Shopping park branch in Wednesbury.
However we needed to go and double measure to check to make sure the sofa will fit. We then headed to our nearest SCS to make the purchase. Damain made the process so smooth and stacked a deal and told us they don't have the sofa in their store however he can sell us the one we saw in Wednesbury from the Solihull Branch.

Damain is a true asset to SCS Solihull and his customer rapport and polite approach was so on point we can not thank you enough Damain for your assistance and help in purchasing my sisters sofa.

If there is a bonus commendation that can be given to Damain, please award and reward him with it as he is very deserving of his appreciated work.

We visited the Solihull branch today to look at sofas for our new house. As soon as we walked in the smell was fabulous ( air freshener in air con ) and although there was plenty of staff they didn't bombard us. They were all smiling and very friendly and relaxed. My husband immediately took a liking to one of the sofas near the entrance and salesman Trevor was nearby, who gave me a freebie gift of a retractable tape measure. He explained that all the different materials available were draped around the walls which I found really helpful as the colour of the one my husband loved was in navy , not really what we wanted but it was so much easy to see all the colours and textures without going through booklets. He offered us a tea / coffee and let us browse around the new refurbished branch at our leisure. We eventually purchased the first one my husband had set his sights on in a different colour and Trevor took us through the process very relaxed not pushy but professionally.

Overall, we are really pleased with our sofa and would like to thank Trevor and the team at SCS Solihull for a really pleasant experience, and would definitely recommend them.

Popped in to browse and was really impressed with the knowledgable, helpful Gerald, who was only too glad to talk through all the features and materials. Very relaxed, no pressure whatsoever - Gerald is a genuine credit to your company. Left with a free tape measure each; we’ll be back! 👍👍
