SCS Speke. Lisa and Paul were amazing with us both friendly, happy and chatty. Put us at ease straight away and helped us buy exactly what we were after. Will definitely be going back for any additional requirements.

Great experience with Christine at the Speke store, first went in with my daughter to have a look around, Christine explained how everything worked with options that we could have, demonstrated some features on sofa's, didn't feel under any pressure. Went back and saw Christine again and bought the sofa and chair, which my daughter loves for her new home. Can't wait to see it in there. Thanks to Christine for her help

Excellent service as soon as you walked through the doors as compared to some big names in the Market. Mel was very welcoming and patient to understand what I really wanted and helped me design my perfect living room. Really really recommend this place.

I went to the Speke store to order my new Sofa. Liz and Lisa were brilliant. Had a cup of coffee whilst deciding on the colour. Lisa went around the store with me helping me to decide. Both very helpful and bubbly.

Myself, wife and granddaughter visited the Speke retail shop to browse for new furniture. We were approached by who we now know is the store manager Lisa, she introduced herself had a quick word just to say if we needed anything she would be on hand to help. After walking around the store we came across another assistant, Lizzy, who again asked if we needed any advice regarding products and also offered us either a hot or cold drink. We never felt under any pressure from the staff at any point. We identifies a suite which we needed some more information on so we approached Lisa to ask for advice. There is no doubt that Lisa knows the products from top to bottom and side to side, she gave direct answers to our questions and also took us to see different products which suited our search criteria.
Lizzy came over to us at one point and asked about our granddaughter, she also sat and chatted to her while my wife and I chatted to Lisa.
To say we felt at ease is an understatement, the staff are a credit to the company.
We didn't commit to buy on this visit but said we would return after measuring our living room space and decide on which product fitted best. On return we again dealt with Lisa in the main but also came across Christine who was very helpful and entertained us with her wicked sense of humour and sharp witty chatter.
We decided on the product we wanted to purchase and Lisa took us through the sale process with no issues. I would like to thank Lisa and the sales team for a most enjoyable and professional buying experience.

Bought our couch a while ago now, we only got the one. Delivery day came and it was just one man for delivery. ONE!
He couldn't get it in the doorway as the feet needed to come off. So he asked us for a tool to take them off. Good job my husband had one and good job he was off work that day cos he had to help get the couch out the van and into the house. Once inside, no one helped us put the feet back on and he didn't give us the tool back. We forgot all about it til later. After delivery man left, I noticed there was a massive stain on the other side of the seat cushion. This was meant to be brand new. Because the couch was a medium shade, not too dark or light, the stain was just slightly darker and I had to take it off and wash it that day. It wasn't too obvious though, just enough to see if you looked properly. It never came out. So we were left wondering whether we got a used couch! For the price we paid we shoulda got 2 of them. I couldn't be bothered returning it after all that stress. They gave us free cushions to go with it and some cleaning products for the fabric. That was my first ever fabric couch as I've always had leathers and wanted a change and for it to be warmer. Never shopping there again.

Excellent customer service on all fronts from the very minute we walked in. Made us feel very welcome and gave us a good deal. The lovely lady, the sales agent was class, she even made us all a hot drink while we were still looking and there were three of us. It felt like we were at a friend's and not a store. She even threw in a foot stool worth £300 in for free! Got Marcus to sort the finance - and in no time we were done. Very pleased with the service and would recommend any day!

Absolutely fantastic customer care from Lisa the store manager to Christine on sales, buying a new sofa can be stressful at times but this was the only shop I felt like I was sitting in my own home buying a sofa, as soon as I walked in with my partner and baby boy we were all made to feel so welcome. I was so nice to Speke to people who really had an interest about you, not just about what you’re buying. We was in store for about 30-40 minutes and felt like 5, the girls on the shop floor were 10/10 for knowledge and not only Customer Service it was more of the customer care to get the right product for us.
We happy walked away with a lovely sofa and couldn’t be more happy even changing the colour was effortless after we left. I will fully recommend this Speke store to anyone you will go in there and feel so relaxed. 100% try it out if you’re looking for a sofa at a fantastic rate the girls will help you out.

I couldn’t say any more positive things about both Lisa and Mel who helped me out the both days I came in to store. The first time it was nearly closing time and I had very specific ideas and very little time to wait and wow what special gorgeous supportive women they were. They took my details at closing and asked me to return Monday and they would do their best to help me and they did not disappoint!!! I am very grateful to these 2 amazing ladies who have put a massive smile and some happy tears on my face today. I would highly recommend a visit to the Speke SCS store as I bought a sofa from there & had a fantastic experience with so much information, which was explained in a very calm & well spoken way. Melanie knew so much regarding my purchase.

If I can put less than 1 star, I would. The worst company ever. Bought a sofa from Speke store in January 2025 got it 16th of May (5 monts later) thanks to Marcus who sorted the delivery. Delivery cancelled 6 times. It cost me 6 days WAGES. Every time stupid excuse, it's on the system but not booked with the distribution center, its been booked but it's not on the delivery van, it's out for delivery but not on the van 🤔 or they ignore you and don't give any reason and don't book it again unless you phone and phone and rearrange another failed delivery. I thought it's a descent, professional company but obviously not. This is the first time and last time SCS.

The staff in the speke branch were very friendly and genuinely helpful. We weren't fully sure about what we wanted, but the store manager and staff took time out to help us find the right fit for our home.
