Well done Stafford Store.
Both Mark & Rachel were extremely helpful regarding our purchase of a quality G Plan sofa and two chairs.
They came across as experienced in their field and both were friendly and professional. No pressure to buy but efficient easy completion of the purchase once decided upon.

Very disappointed
Purchased a Theo corner suite November last year
Service in store and delivery very good and very impressive
However! The suite is very very disappointing..the seats have flattened..the covers on the seats and back cushions have gone baggy and very old looking ..
Contacted SCS customer services in October 23 to explain our disappointment and dissatisfaction
An "engineer " came and advised that the cushions need to be plumped up regularly... the cushions shouldn't go any flatter ( not so)which we do all the time
The suite looks very old ..has become uncomfortable and is an absolute waste of money as it certainly wasn't a cheap purchase
Will not buy or recommend SCS to anyone

Excellent service from Rachel we spoke…
Excellent service from Rachel we spoke to Mark earlier and then worked with Rachel to look and decide . Everything was explained well and we were given plenty of time to consider the options without pressure. Initially we considered interest free but decided to use the 30% and rest later option . Rachel explained this really well . Excellent friendly service! And her Christmas decorations were on point!

Great experience
Sofas have arrived in time for Christmas, was notified all the way through until the day of delivery. The lads who delivered the sofas Marvin and Steve was really helpful, took there shoes off and was really easy to work with.

We brought a a 2-3 sofas
We brought a a 2-3 sofas, over a year ago however l will not be buying from them again l called them to explain about the recliner months ago to be told we had to pay a call out fee l explained the the lady l paid for any damaged or issues however the stuffing has flattened on the arms we have a clucking sound and the sitting has gone a lot l feel let down by the company and upset that they won’t come and look at it it should not have gone like that already no more SCS

Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else
Was PROMISED delivery before Christmas, it was plastered all over the store and website promising the same when we placed our order. Gone into the Stafford store today to see about a delivery date and now being told it won’t be ready until January. Manager didn’t seem bothered and told us we shouldn’t have been promised delivery before Christmas and to ring the customer services if we wasn’t happy. Tried ringing and there is a 4 hr wait (not surprised after reading all the complaints on the SCS Facebook page) Appalling after sales and just been told bare face lies.
So upset and I’ve been told I can’t have a refund as it’s past the 14 days

Rachel was very helpful and didn’t push us on the sale and we felt able to make a decision on our own. We are just waiting for a call back about our sofa so hopefully this part of the service will live up to it’s reputation and delivery will be soon.
