Happy Customer great service
We were greeted at the door by a lovely lady called Chris at the Portrack Stockton branch who explained the new offers and what fabrics and colours various furniture could be ordered in.
She then left us to have a browse and said "give me a shout if you need help" which we did.
Chris helped us with the style, colour and fabric and was very knowledgeable.
We wanted to decide and she said come back any time and told us the days she worked.
We went back and purchased a lovely four seater settee and are now awaiting delivery.
Very pleased with the choice and service.

The quality and choice of colourways…
The quality and choice of colourways was refreshing, that we could actually have what we wanted. Was slightly disappointed at this time of year for the wait until mid September. I am miffed that we paid in full for the order and only a week later there is advertising of a sale with great reductions on, if only we had known.

I can understand your disappointment regarding the lead times for delivery however as all furniture is made to order we can only provide an estimated arrival date.
As soon as your order is ready we will reach out with the first available date for delivery.
I am sorry also regarding the sale, we can only apply the offers which are available at the time however I can see that some discounts were applied to your order.
