Got to say service excellent never had service like it good advice and so professional staff. Assim Djenane staff member should get gold star never rushed about and when did not know answer he got advice so I got all information that what's correct for me good team work Keep it up.

Walked into the store in January, met by Jay who advised the sofa looked at could be taken apart and would fit upstairs. Ordered.

Sofa arrived today. The two delivery chaps informed that at 140kg they needed additional help as sofa was too heavy and despite what we had been told by Jay, it couldn't be dismantled.

They proceed to try and move sofa, and took a chunk out of our wall that now requires plastering and painting. We could not accept sofa.

Tried several times to contact customer service....and still waiting for callback. Contact form was only option.

I'll now be chasing a full refund and costs for repairs

Delivery was fantastic,company delivering kept us informed of time they would arrive and arrived when they said they would,very quick and efficient delivery,all packaging taken away.

Very helpful staff at the Straiton store from which the sofas were purchased. Good communication throughout the purchasing and delivery process. Finally, on time and efficient delivery.

Delivery Fitter racist and aggressive in a rush and not responding on issue but asked where we were from, not fitting the sofa properly arguing, missing all big screws and not fitted correctly, small screws came out loose instantly after he fitted. Doesnt even care screws were missing just seemed in a rush. Last year received incorrect damage quality sofas also screws came off, now again cannot use the sofa after 6 months of attempted correction. Stopped payments to this company until issue is resolved. This is ridiculous.

Steven & Alan done an excellent job delivering and installing the sofa. Fast and efficient taking all rubbish away with them aswell highly recommend.

Steven and Alan are a credit to SCS. Outstanding customer service. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and explained the process, they were polite and friendly. They were respectful of the property and took care when moving the furniture into the desired room. I cannot speak highly enough of Steven and Alan.

Kilmarnock store. James was very helpful when picking a new sofa, even moved a sofa in showroom to match layout of my livingroom to imagine how it would look, threw in rug aswell as it matched my decor... Delivered today by Steven and Alan from Livingston store, very helpful chaps who drove back to showroom to get a forgotten plug/wire (electric recliner) with no questions asked. Set up the couch and happy reclining to me 😂 x

Service within the store was faultless. Very impressed with their service. Staff very friendly and informative. However, purchased a sofa in full at the beginning of Novemver 2024 and are now being told the estimated date of arrival to their warehouse is mid March. Very disappointed to be looking at 4 months since full purchase to (possibly) receive the goods.
Contacted customer service on 2 separate occasions and given differing information. When asked customer service agent yesterday about their complaints procedure, I was informed they do not have one. I asked what happens with a complaint and was advised it would be logged on the system however noone would be in touch to discuss it. Utterly disappointed in the service from customer service.

Shop staff were very helpful when selecting our furniture. Unfortunately I can't recall his name. Delivery staff, can't fault them. It was a tight fit getting the 3 seater in, something to think about when buying. The men were great, careful and took all wrapping away.

I've still not been updated by SCS with regards to delivery of my sofas . This has to be one of the companies to purchase a sofa from next I need a new sofa I will go back to DFS at least when they say they will deliver in 6 weeks they delivery within 6 weeks. I'm absolutely livid at the lack of response from SCS it's been another 5 days since I've heard anything with regards to delivery of my order . I first reviewed this company on the 11/2/2025 and I still don't have an answer to when my sofa's are going to be delivered this is absolutely shocking. There happy enough to my money I paid for my sofas in full hard cash money but they cannot deliver on time . I'm absolutely furious. I want a date

Great service at purchase and delivery stages. Spoiled by failures inbetween.

Purchase experience was good. Sarah was very helpful and we ordered exactly what we wanted. Full marks here.

Expected delivery date of 7 Feb passed with no updates until app eventually showed new date of 20 Feb.
Big problems when we tried to pay our balance. Only option was a phone number which repeatedly advised a 181+ minute wait time - then thanked us for our patience!! There was no option to get a call back. Next day a different message and a promised callback - but that came hours later when we couldn’t take the call.
We tried the contact form but it wouldn’t send - error message.
Also tried facebook messenger but no response.
Finally we had to drive back to the store to pay the balance. Hugely frustrating!!!

Delivery process was excellent.
Good communication with regular updates. Willie & Dougie were efficient and really nice to deal with. Thank you guys. Full marks here too.

We bought our sofa at SCS in straiton, Edinburgh. Really great prices and staff were really helpful. David who sold us the sofa made sure we got everything we needed and has also managed to get it delivered to us sooner than we expected. All round great service
