Absolutely love my new sofa Just perfect for what we after. Impressed with the huge range of styles and fabric options on all, which made it hard to choose. Ordering was quick and easy, once we had decided. Discussed the various options like gliders and fabric protection. Arrived on the day given and kept very well informed as to the time of arrival and names of the delivery crew. Unpacked and installed very efficiently.

From the moment we ordered the sofa from the showroom to the delivery day we were well informed of our orders progress via the companies website.

The sales assistant Charlotte at the store in Swindon was extremely helpful in helping us choose the correct sofa for our needs and suggested different options we had not considered.

The lead time was 4 months but a few days beforehand we arranged a delivery time that would suit us. On the day a smaller time slot was given and Aaron and Shaun phoned me and arrived promptly and set about installing our new sofa, removing all packaging and answering my questions I could not have been happier.

First class service by a first class company. Will defo consider going back for other items in the future.

Nice quality sofa with good delivery updates up to the delivery day.
One minus mention:
At the point of ordering, I just missed out on the free delivery promo.
When I mentioned to the sales person that I would wait until another promo, they said, oh. That will not be available for some time, if at all.
Signed, and sealed, and within a few weeks, another free delivery promo!

Friendly and helpful staff when I purchased my 2sofas. Though from order to delivery was rather a longer period than expected when they arrived the guys who delivered them were exceptionally helpful and professional . Well done all round

The crew were very good and efficient.
The only problem was the delivery time.
It was six hours later than we were told.

Brilliant. The young girl was extremely knowledgeable about the chair we were interested in. That's why we bought two. So cannot wait to get them.

Delivery service was great, deliver on the day I was advised, messaged a few days before and the night before delivery then a phone call about half an hour before they delivered.

My 2nd order was cancelled after the first was delivered in wrong colour. Now got to wait 10+ weeks for next delivery. First ordered last November 🤦‍♀️
