Sale man was very friendly and not pushy but willing to answer any questions. All the information he gave us was accurate including the lead time for delivery. The crew who delivered the furniture were on time polite and careful( believe it was Adrian and Marcel ) phoned to keep us updated about arrival time.

Deliverytime.... ran over by a couple of weeks from the initial estimate, but it's made to order furniture so 12 weeks to 14 weeks no biggy and we were kept informed

We purchased our suite from SCS Swindon all the staff we spoke to are very professional , polite and always returned our calls/emails very quickly, the suite itself is of good quality, very comfortable and was delivered on time.

Pav and Arek were very charming men and speedily dealt with this morning's delivery of our 2 seater sofa and chair. They took all the wrappings back in the van and left our premises tidy.

Delivery guys were excellent, 5 stars, sofa's better than expected, although it took so long to get them forgot what we ordered!
The biggest problem with dealing with ScS is communication, you cannot phone your store, head office line never get through and if you email the CEO no reply or even acknowledgement! We order in January, salesman estimated six week, if fact it took 10 weeks plus 29 days, i.e. one day after the Terms and Conditions allow. In store experience was better at Furniture Village.
