I was kept up to date with arrival time from 7am. Using the link sent to me I traced where my delivery was. From being given an early pm delivery the delivery was bought forward a couple of hours. I received a call from them an hour before delivery. They actually arrived after 40 minutes. They delivered, unpacked, and assembled my sofa. I’m very pleased how easy the delivery was. The two men were very nice and did a good job.

Visited the Watford store on 14th January, was greeted by John who allowed us to wander around the store until we found a sofa we liked, bearing in mind this was 7p.m. we were not rushed or pushed into making a decision. John then went through all the options and steps and made the experience hassle free. We were offered coffee twice once on arrival and again when going through the paperwork. Now looking forward to the arrival of our sofas.

I would advise everyone to avoid ScS at all costs. We ordered our sofa from the Watford store and were advised it would be delivered by end of November. By mid December after zero communication we chased (cue three hour customer service phone line wait) to be told they couldn't tell us when it would be delivered. The sofa was eventually delivered on 21 December (delivery guys were great, the only efficient part of this whole process) but with a footstool of the wrong colour which didn't match the sofa. The customer service phone lines are impossible to get through and the call back option means if you are lucky you will get a call back 3-4 hours later, if at all. It is now mid January and we have been told the footstool needs to be manufactured and they can't give us a lead time. The service has been atrocious from start to finish, it is incredibly hard to get through to customer service and there is zero urgency to complete the order that we paid for.

Went into the Watford branch of SCS on 9/1/2025 and we were greeted by John.
We were able to wander around the store trying out the wide variety of settees and suites. John was on hand to answer our questions, which was extremely helpful. After about an hour we had narrowed it down to, two different design and after talking it over with John we made our decision.
It was a painless purchase with the help we needed. We even got served with coffee whilst there!!
There was no pressure put on us like other stores, just a very helpful and knowledgeable assistant called John.
We are due to take delivery of our settee in March. I hope I will be able to leave a further review about the quality of the settees.
Altogether it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service from Bea. Her product knowledge was very good. Not pushy, friendly and able to find an appropriate product within our measurement constraints. All staff and management we encountered were very friendly.

Really happy with service at ScS Watford. Bea was wonderful! She was helpful, patient and lovely to chat to in general. We felt looked after and were given plenty of time to look around. In fact, any staff member we came in to cotact with were very helpful and friendly, but Bea deserves a big shout out. Thanks for helping us pick our new sofa!
