We were welcomed to the Watford store by Raj who let us look around in our own time without hassling us. When we found something we liked he was very helpful and answered all our questions. He was happy to measure the sofa and chairs for us so we could check at home that they would fit. We went back the next day and ordered them. He also contacted the fabric manufacturers for us to see if we would be able to order some of the same furniture fabric to recover two of our own swivel bucket chairs. Thank you very much Raj. Great service.

On Sunday we went in search of some sofas in Watford. First stop at SCS and we were warmly greeted by Bea. What a breath of fresh air , these days it’s hard to find anyone to help and answer questions. Bea showed us the clearance section as we were on a budget. We immediately liked a pair of grey settees which she helped negotiate a good price. It was a seamless transaction and will be delivered this Friday. Thank you Bea for a great experience. My wife and I were looking to purchase two sofas we spent some time looking in various furniture shops in the hope we would see something we would both like and that we wouldn't have to wait too long for delivery.
Sadly, it was mostly disappointment but all was not lost. SCS saved the day, thanks to a wonderful young salesman, Raj. He understood our plight and had a light-hearted conversation that lifted our spirits. He also gave us a new perspective on the reality of furniture design.
So we went for Lunch and after talking it over we realized Raj was going to be our man to do business with, so we promptly returned and made a deal with Raj, to obtain the sofas we had decided on, Raj gave us the option of putting down a deposit or paying the full mount we decided to pay the full amount as Raj was very helpful. thank you Raj for your advice and care.

Bea Dave was an absolute delight, extremely friendly and helpful, my wife would test the patience of a saint, but Bea was positive and enthusiastic at all times with great energy

I went in with my mum to purchase a new sofa for her and dad. The sales rep John was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He was very formative and gave us a lot of advice. My biggest pet hate is a pushy sales person and he was far from this. He helped with advice and answered questions we had. He then left us to trial the sofa and gave us space and time to consider of it was right for them. (He made us a coffee before hand too.) genuinely as lovely helpful man. He is a credit to the company. We ended up purchasing a sofa, at a great price and could tell the sofa was great quality. You are bound to find something you like at SCS, a range of prices to suit all budgets and tastes. Thank you SCS, will always highly recommend you.

We went to just have a look at new sofas and the salesman John was very welcoming and left us to look round at our own pace. Each time we had a query he was available to help and was very knowledgeable.We never felt pressured. When we found the furniture we liked it was over our budget but John came to our aid and was able to assist us in reducing the price by getting different leather and features. Whilst we spent a considerable sum (£6000) we were happy with the sofas and looking forward to delivery and trust we will have these sofas for many years

Went to Watford ScS with my elderly Mum to buy her a sofa and we were treated like royalty. We were served by John - courteous, friendly, professional - who found a great bargain for my Mum and she was delighted! He even made us a cuppa! My Mum now has a gorgeous, high-quality, very comfy sofa in her living room. We can highly recommend this store and very special thanks to John.

Raj S0064-1000149172 was very knowledgeable about the sofa we were looking to buy. He and the rest of the staff were very jolly and friendly.

I was kept up to date with arrival time from 7am. Using the link sent to me I traced where my delivery was. From being given an early pm delivery the delivery was bought forward a couple of hours. I received a call from them an hour before delivery. They actually arrived after 40 minutes. They delivered, unpacked, and assembled my sofa. I’m very pleased how easy the delivery was. The two men were very nice and did a good job.

Visited the Watford store on 14th January, was greeted by John who allowed us to wander around the store until we found a sofa we liked, bearing in mind this was 7p.m. we were not rushed or pushed into making a decision. John then went through all the options and steps and made the experience hassle free. We were offered coffee twice once on arrival and again when going through the paperwork. Now looking forward to the arrival of our sofas.
