Visited scs store in Watford today and was greeted by Lucy who was very polite and informative,even made us a coffee while we looked around. She just let us take our time which was very nice. When we had chosen the furniture we wanted she made the whole purchase process very easy.excellent service from Lucy.

Delivery of furniture delayed for the fourth time,bought settee January,now being told it might arrive at their depot April 7th ,this company is the worst people I have ever dealt with,how they are still in business baffles me.I’d advise anyone against dealing with these people,you can never get in contact with them,if I went to JOHN LEWIS and ordered something it would be delivered within a week.

We came into the store about 3 times looking for the perfect sofa and thanks you John and the team we managed to find the perfect fit for our home. Honestly the staff there are so nice and offer great advice it was a warm welcome everytime.

SCS sofa bed: superb quality. Delivered on time on specified date. Delivery Team (Steve/Nev) were very efficient, friendly, professional and took great care with the delivery. Very impressed with the SCS team at Watford and the same for the delivery team. Based on our experience they are highly recommended.

Our sofa was delivered on time and assembled by two efficient and capable operatives. All electrical parts were checked and sofa positioned to our liking before they left. The area was left clean and tidy with all packaging taken away.
