Excellent service from start to finish. Dale provided great customer service, very friendly and no pressure at all. Really pleased.

Bought a 'premium' leather sofa from Small Claims Sofas a year ago. At great pressure, also paid for a special treatment to protect it and extra insurance that covered 'everything'.

12 months in, it isn't fit for use. Contact them, send an assessor for the insurance, no, it isn't covered. Apparently, the change in the leather was caused by, and I quote, 'sitting on it'.

The insurance company say it's a manufacturing fault. SCS say it isn't. This means that neither will accept responsibility, but as they blame each other, we have nowhere to go, other than trading standards and the small claims court.

Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere, unless your particularly fond of court paperwork

Gary from Wigan SCS was fantastic just left us to browse around the store and when we found one we like wasn't pushy just let us take our time and we took sizes and prices home to check if they would fit!

Great experience at SCS Wigan.
We were allowed to wander for a bit which I really like, Dale then approached us and the conversation was really good. We talked about what we were looking for, given a bit of advice and then were allowed to wander again whilst we talked.
We decided to go with an order there and then and Dale was excellent, talking us through the process, explaining everything really well and not at all pushy, 2 other staff including Lisa were involved, especially in keeping my 4 year old son entertained!!

Lisa and Dale fought hard to make sure we had the experience of a life time in SCS Wigan buying our new sofa set. Both took their time to go through several options of sofa and options for each set including colour, fabrics, cushion materials and after care. Their enthusiasm inspired us to make sure we picked our next sofa set through this store.

On visiting scs to buy a sofa we were greeted by Gary, he explained the sale items yo us then let us look round the store. On seeing a soda that we wanted Gary talked us through the order and hiw long it would be before we recieved it. we didn't feel uner any pressure and found the whole experience pleasant.
