UPDATE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - 0 STARS
PLEASE READ BELOW UPDATE!
Original Review: Christine (Wigan branch) was so helpful during the process. She was friendly, answered all our questions and gave us clear guidance on delivery and the care kit etc.
HOWEVER. Christine is the only positive part of this experience. We ordered our sofa at the start of October, paid the deposit and were given an estimated arrival date to the retailer on 15/11/24. We were told it could be up to 4 weeks from this date - it's now a month later and we've received no updates or correspondence from ScS. I've rung twice and they told me they don't know where it is and cannot provide a delivery date. This is unacceptable - we were promised delivery before Christmas (this was a major factor in our decision - we would have gone elsewhere otherwise) and unless they deliver it asap next week this is unlikely. Terrible customer service and we're very unhappy customers.

Fantastic support from start to finish
Fantastic support from start to finish, in store it was made easy for us to order and hold the delivery until we had moved house and the delivery team of Shaun and Andy kept us up to date and even gave me time to get through the traffic to get there and let them in. Nothing was an issue and they were polite and super helpful!

Excellent delivery service
Mark and Andy delivered our sofa. They were lovely and provided excellent customer service. Our only issue was we ordered a console unit in store with the sofa but the store didn't put the correct order through so we are disappointed with that.

After purchasing my recent sofa, the 'Regency'—which I have to say is amazing!—I decided I would like to buy the matching footstool. I popped into my local store in Wigan and was greeted by the lovely Dale, who was very charming and took the time to carry out the sale of the footstool.

Easy process

We visited SCS on Monday the 23rd…
We visited SCS on Monday the 23rd September and were very happy with the service we received from Gary and the store manager who were both very friendly and helpful unlike the store in St helens which was a disappointing experience,rather than be put off we decided to visit the wigan store and what a totally different experience it was we bought two sofas and nothing was to much trouble for Gary, there wasn't any pressure and he was happy to help and the store manager was very welcoming aswell so thanks very much happy with our purchases
