Ryan was lovely, very helpful and talked us through all our options and the functions of the different sofas while we chose as well as colour and fabric iptions. Ryan was also very understanding of my needs as a disabled customer as well. He made what was expected to be a stressful experience so easy. Thankyou.

Visited the store today with no idea on what sort of sofa we would like, was greeted by all staff but it wasn't pushy and left us to shop at our own free will, had a look around the store and had lots of questions that were answered by Michelle who was really helpful, lots of sofa and fabric options. Pleased with all the help and a pleasant experience for a dreaded sofa shop.

Coming in Michelle and Danny were extremely helpful in helping us get a new sofa. Showing us the range of fabrics and leathers that we can customize our purchase with. Even got complimentary water / coffee on our visit. They gave us plenty of space while still being readily available to answer any questions. Customer service definitely played a part in us buying a couch. Make that 2 :)

As soon as we walked into SCS Wigan, the warm welcome was appreciated. As it can be overwhelming even looking for a sofa, never mind buying one. We were warmly greeted by Bernie, who made us feel relaxed and he gave us time to look and obviously sit and try which sofa we wanted. We went back a couple of days later and all the staff remembered us. We asked for Bernie as he was so helpful on our first visit. We chose our sofa and he made the process of all the paperwork so calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who would like a relaxed experience of purchasing a sofa, we can't thank Bernie enough and all the other staff within this store.

Delivery was bang on. Care was taken throughout, 2 really nice guys. Easy and swift experience 👌🏻

Absolutely awful customer service, took a deposit, lost our order if it was ever created, four months ago. We were fobbed off with absolute lies time and time again. Going to speak to them one last time tomorrow as we are currently sitting on deck chairs and we really liked the 3 piece suite we bought, but if they can’t deliver this week we are cancelling. When we told them this they didn’t seem at all bothered about losing a sale of over £1000. I would avoid this company like the plague. We have also been fobbed off about applying for a refund saying we have to fill in a form online, rather than just refunding it on the card we used to pay, like everyone else. I’ll probably now get one from IKEA as assembling their flat packs isn’t as frustrating as dealing with this lot. They only got one star as I can’t give zero or a negative number.

We have recently purchased a suite from SCS .The gentleman who helped us through the process,Gary is an excellent salesman.Very friendly and polite and with a good knowledge of his products. I would recommend Gary if you go to SCS Wigan.

Our couch was delivered on time. And assembled quickly.
However I found one of the delivery team to be abrupt, rude and appeared to be short on patience. Overall customer service was not enjoyable.

Gary was extremely helpful with us today helping us chose a reclining chair that would help with my mums arthritis. We are fully satisfied with the chair that she has chosen

Was a wonderful experience with Bernie at SCS Wigan. He helped and guided us to find the perfect thing for us with patience and kindness. He gave us enough space to discuss with in us, and allowed us to roam around the showroom without any interruptions.

Really helpful and great customer service from Bernie. The Mrs wanted a colour that wasn’t in the samples and he went above and beyond contacting another store to show us other colours available. She then found the colour she wanted through his help. Also great banter with my kids who were playing mischief.
Really made the experience as pain free as possible.

We were told 6 weeks max on delivery been 3 months now , when you read the small print delivery was 6/6/25 , bought in march , so no sofa for 4 weeks , so basically they knew exactly when the delivery date was and blatantly lied to get the sale never again
