The sales team were very helpful but you would expect that from a company so big,
The only downside was the very long wait for delivery not sure with hindsight if we would of ordered but we’re wait and see what the quality is like when it arrives

We were met as we entered the store and everything was explained regarding colour of the labels etc. There was never any pressure, but when we needed answers there was soneone on hand to help.

Showroom in pristine condition with plenty of room to move around and also staff not interrupting you while looking around. When asked they were kind and answered all our questions which ended up with us buying a sofa.

Paul was very helpful and guided us on the right sofas for me.

I cannot review properly until i receive the item and know what u have been told was not just sales talk.

First time for coming into SCS, as I walked into the store a shop assistant approached me ,and ask if she could help, my reply was looking for a small armchair, she showed me round the store, saw one sat in it and it was lovely to sit in.The assistant gave me the price,and I said I would think about and,and came out store.
After thinking about it I decided to go back,which I did was served by another assistant and I brought the chair,
The service was fantastic

I went with my daughter to look for a recliner chair and the staff were attentive and helpful. They asked what my preferences were and showed us different styles. At no stage were they trying to influence me into getting anything that I didn’t want. After a while and a long discussion I decided on a recliner and also a matching sofa that was not a recliner. Overall I was very pleased and impressed about the whole process. Can’t wait until they both arrive.

A lovely welcome when entering the store, advice readily available but no hard sell. Quality sofas for sale at a very competitive price. Would highly recommend.

Settees delivered today by Liam and Tyler. We are very pleased with them. Excellent service from friendly guys. We were a little concerned about settees fitting through our door openings, and worried a little after placing the order and measuring the door openings. No problem as settees in two parts - base and back.
A message to SCS: We asked several times if the settees came in parts. We were advised they did not. Your sales people should know this for every settee type so potential customers can be advised at point of sale. Or is it just salespeople only interested or targeted to make sales?
The glides we ordered were the wrong size and not required on carpet as advised by Liam and Tyler. We await a refund from SCS.
Despite my comments we love the settees and would recommend SCS.

Both men were very nice and chatty took all the rubbish away with them but my sofas have surround sound, heated seats and other things there was no instruction on how to get it all working or connect to the tv , i had to wait for my kids to come round to set it all up.

Sofa delivered by Jason and Mario, i was given a call an hour before like they said , they set it up quickly and efficiently. Choosing the sofa initially was very straightforward and non pressured. If I had a grumble it was the delay in receiving it , it took nearly 4 months . Would happily recommend scs .

We had been into SCS previously to buy my dad, a new sofa and a single armchair and we thought we'd come back again to have a look for our sofa for our home. Now we live on the second story flats and it's also very difficult to find a sofa that could go up the stairs and in, but also finding something that's comfortable now. We'd been back and forth. Not sure on anything and then Max come along who works there in the Worthing Branch and he was walking us all through what we were after and trying to show us different options until we come across one that was ideal and he was amazing throughout. Trying to get everything sorted for us even when the tablet was having problems. I would highly recommend going to see Max again or for any people going into the Worth and Branch to ask for him because his customer service skills was 10 out of 10 as I have my own business and work with members of the public on an everyday basis and I was very impressed.

Delivery in itself was great. Very disappointed that there is a flaw in the furniture which was clearly seen by delivery men when putting recliner together. Nothing was said to me. I signed for the delivery as asked to then I saw the flaw. I mentioned this to them and the response was you have signed we have completed delivery so you have to go through company the suite was ordered from. Not a happy customer at all.
