I have been waiting on my 2 orders for nearly a month. I'm starting to think I have been scammed. I would never suggest that anyone orders from this company. There's not enough communication about when to expect my order. This is crazy that you spend your money and not receive the items you paid for. Never again! I’m grateful that I was one of the ones who saw this being promoted on Facebook ordered and received my order. It fits me perfectly I ordered a medium I’m 160Ibs. I’m not asking consistent but I do see slight results just from wearing it 3days in a row

Never received product
I feel I was scammed. I made a purchase April 8th, The delivery company they use literally left the package outside of an apartment building. So yeah it was stolen. I asked for a refund and has been given the run around ever since. And no I haven't gotten my money back.

IT'S A SCAM, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered April 29th and it has been 30 days and I still have not received my order. I have gotten several emails, 1st saying it was returned due to address. 2nd one saying that they would mail it out within 1-3 days...it's been 6 days. 3rd email asking if I want a reshipment or refund. I really think this company is not legit and it is a scam!

I ordered with a buy one get one free coupon and once u checked out the free items were removed from my cart . I have yet to hear anything from the email I sent there is absolutely no way to get in contact with customer service I would not recommend to any one basically a scam !

It’s a setup! Don’t do it
Anyone that gave a good review must’ve been paid. I have nothing good to say about this company. The ordering process was bs. It placed a so-called free item in my basket but it charged me full price for that item. When I tried to remove it, it placed another free item that costs money. I gave up after switching devices and just paid for it. They say 8-13 days delivery but it’s was 2 weeks before I even got a tracking number. 2 weeks later and I still don’t have the product. I reached out to customer service two weeks ago (they don’t have a phone number) and no one has emailed me back. I wish I could take my 1 star back but it doesn’t let me.

I give this company no stars. They delivered my package to the wrong house & refused to compensate me. Told me to contact the carrier which they know doesn’t answer their phone. The carrier took a picture of the house where he placed my package but I only received the picture days later after contacting this company but not in real time while I was waiting for my package. I’m so disappointed in how these people handled this business transaction it’s sad never had this issue anywhere else and the house it was delivered to claimed they never received my package now imagine that!!

I ordered with sculpt touch. Updated my address but my old address was still up as the shipping address. So I sent them an email and a message thru SHOP. Asking was there a way to fix it or did I need to cancel and reorder. They send me an email saying my address had been updated. But then sent me a message in SHOP saying they cancelled my order. I asked why would they cancel it if they responded to my email and updated the address. They told me this was my problem not theirs. This is very horrible and pour customer service. I will never order from this company again.

At first I was worried because I had not received a tracking. I sent email from the site and screenshot of payment processing and each time I received a response. It takes about 2-3 weeks but I had no issues with Customer Service or receiving my package on yesterday. I will come back and give reviews in a month on product 🙌🏽🙌🏽

It took over a month for the tracking to say I got my items but I did not I tried to contact customer service to let them know I never received them and I haven't gotten a response so now I'm out $40 and I still don't have the pills wasted time and shipping is horrible
