Haven't received my order! Nobody has responded to my email. I'm calling my bank today to file fraud! Y'all will not just take my money!

So it is now December placed my order in September. They did the no apt number to deliver after I had already had waist trainers form them. Had to repay shipping sent me some bullshit ass tracking info that shows my supposed package been in new your for about month. I must say this has been an experience. If anyone asked about they I have all negative things to say and end with DO NOT ORDER from them. I took picture of everything to make sure I never have a hard time getting my money back I come with receipts lol. I really hope people do their research before purchasing anything from this company.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A BIG FAT O!!! I ORDERED A GIRDLE ALMOST A MONTH AGO 2X! I HAVE NOT RECIEVED NOTHING! THEY CLAIMED THAT THE KEYS TO THE PARCEL LOCKER WAS PLACED IN MY MAILBOX HOWEVER THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! WHEN I DIDN'T RECIEVE IT THE FIRST TIME THEY ASKED ME TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FEES AGAIN I DID SO RELUCTANTLY AND STILL NOTHING! SPEEDX, THE COURIER THEY USE, SENT PICTURES OF THE PACKAGE IN MY BUILDING ON THE FLOOR BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING! I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HELL THEY'RE DOING! I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE FROM SCULPT TOUCH OR THIER COURIER SPEEDX !! I'VE EMAILED AS RECENT AS YESTERDAY! NO RESPONSE I TRIED CALLING THE COURIER PHONE NUMBER BUT IT WAS OUT OF ORDER!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK...I'M SOOO ANGRY! HOW DARE YOU TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY! I REALLY NEEDED THAT GIRDLE FOR MY BACK!! I WILL NEVER BUY THIER PRODUCTS AGAIN!!

I had very bad allergic reaction. I broke with the hives. All my face was itching. From beginning my eyes were itching. I was thinking I had reaction for mascara but after developing hives I was sure it is supplement. I do not using any different medication or supplements.
Be very careful when you will decide to use this supplement. I took allergy medications to stop the itching and feel better.

Orderd , paid and never received item. Emailed and still no item or refund . Don’t do it

Absolutely HATE this waist trainer! Do not let ALL THE GREAT REVIEWS fool you like that did me!! First off, everyone says buy smaller than you would normally go, so my first try was an xs since I'm currently in a small for a much cheaper affordable waist trainer..well let me tell you that shit sucked and not me in I couldn't even get it on I got a few of the latches to close and then my belly looked like an over blown balloon I started panicking couldn't get it off myself had to have my husband I was going to rip it apart to get out of it, it also came with some sort of stain on it. Still not sure what it is and the company will not address that concern for me. As for needing a bigger size I then had to pay 12.99 a long with an additional 7.99 total came to about 17$ and that was with a 30% discount. So almost 80$ for a waist trainer I'm absolutely never going to use. They did send me a small which I was able to put on and wear and this is where the second part of my angry rant starts at. I was finally able to pull this contraption up and have it buttoned all the way up I hate it I can't say enough how much I hate it. It pushes everything up and out of the top. Literally looks disgusting. I will not wear this. Ever. I'll never recommend to anyone and I feel this is a scam. They don't fit at all like they do in the pictures and anyone wearing this and having all that extra skin and whatnot pushed up out the top don't think that shit ain't going to stick like that eventually after being forced up like that. No I don't think the size will make the difference it's the length of the actual waist trainer. I will never again spend this much money on a waist trainer I'll forever stick to the one I have and just keep sizing down. Screw sculpt touch. Oh let's not forget no refunds, returns and exchanges aren't free.

I ordered 2 bottles of pills to help me lose weight. My apartment number was not on my package so it was sent back to the company. I've emailed asking for a refund but they never respond. This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with and I'll never order from them again. I have no product so I want my money back. They deserve no stars. It also takes forever in shipping. I waited on the shipping just to have it sent back. I'm so irritated

I promise you, if I could've given this 0 stars I would've, I placed my order for their Glp-1 pills, I've been getting little to no response for weeks, messaged the site for a refund, it's now sending demon mailer smh. I have not received there product, so they should be considerate and just issue my refund.

I ordered my first hourglass girdle back in July. It came rather quickly. Yes it was very stiff and at first I didn’t think that the XL was going to fit. But you have to put it on starting with the inside two layers. Once I wore it a few times the item begins to stretch out some allowing you to wear it longer each time. But the support is great. Fast forward… on the site I saw a buy one get two offer. So I thought this was my opportunity to buy another XL and get the xtra 2 size @ size L. I received one XL and one L and no additional items except some pink cellophane to wrap my waist with. To me this is false advertisement. I was expecting another hourglass girdle. When I contacted them they first asked me to send pictures of what I received. Then asked me did I get the cellophane in my package as if to say that’s your third item. I am very disappointed about this because it definitely wasn’t clear. But leave it to China to mislead you. Anytime you see buy one get two it’s supposed to be of the same item unless it says different and it didn’t. So be careful with their offers.

My order took soooooo long to get to me. I had no idea that the company was based in China or I wouldn’t have ordered. I only like to order within the US because who wants to wait up to a month to receive anything they’ve ordered. I will never order from here again only US based companies!

I ordered the hour glass girdle with the hooks and also the Velcro one later. The one with hooks will tighten you up but it's so many hooks lol so I ordered the Velcro one and I like it. I like em both but I'll keep the hooks for later. The only issue I had was I was waiting on the first in the mail and when it didn't come, I emailed sculpttouch and it was to me in no time. Happened also with the 2nd order but again, I let them know and they delivered. I'm pretty satisfied. Doesn't roll and is comfortable. I'm wearing my Velcro one now.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Sculpt touch llc use a vendor called piggyexpress deliver packages. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I had to jump over hoops to get a letter from their vendor to provide proof they did not deliver to the correct address. I still have not received my refund nor item.

I was so happy when I received my sculpture, touch hourglasses waist trainer. I love the color pink can’t wait to order another one.

The sculp touch waist trainer is to tight in the back straps needs to be more longer and looser to wrap around it's really only made for a smaller person my opinion and it took 20 days to deliver FIRST time using today got it a month ago

I just received my order tried it on and left it on for a few , did not like how it was feeling. Requested my money back and was advised they would not return my money bc it looked like it had been worn. How else can you try on an item to see if it works for you. I will NEVER order from Sculpt Touch again.

Received 3 of the same (expensive item) makes no sense that they would just give away 3 of the hourglass girdle. Shows that the item is not expensive at all. On another note the hourglass girdle is to stiff will be reselling the 2 extra I got since they don't want to exchange them for cheaper items.

I WAS HAPPY AF ABOUT SCULPT TOUCH AT THE BEGINNING WHEN I BOUGHT IT I EVEN POSTED VIDEOS TO TAG THEM IN IT WHICH THEY DONT GAF ABOUT SHOWING LOVE TO YOU WHEN YOU PURCHASE THEIR ITEMS LIKE MOST COMPANIES OR LETS SAY KEYSHIA KAOIR SHE SHARES LITERALLY EVERYONES PIC OR REVIEW NOT JIST CERTAIN PEOPLE THEY THINK FITS THEIR PAGE BUT ANYWHO THE POINT IS THEIR TRAINER IS A WAIST OF MONEY WHEN YOU PUT IT ON INSTEAD OF BRINGING EVERYTHING TOGETHER IF YOU HAVE BACK FAT IT PUSHES YOUR FAT ALL THE WAY UP AND HAVE YOU LOOKING BIGGER THAN WHAT YOU ARE IN THE BACK IF THAT MAKE SENSE ALL MY FAT MOVES FROM THE TRAINER TO MY UPPER BODY ALSO, THE WIRE WITHIN THE SCULPT TOUCH WILL START POKING OUT OF YOUR CLOTHES SO ITS NO POINT OF WEARING IT. I ONLY WORE IT TWICE AND AFTER THAT I FEEL LIKE I WASTED MY MONEY. I AM NOW SEARCHING FOR A BETTER WAIST TRAINER BUT SCULPT TOUCH IS NOT IT.

Was checking to to see an update on my order and why I have not received any information look to see my email was wrong so, this is almost 7days after my order everything else is right Address, payment so why have I not received any feed back. A quick call would be good enough dam just let me give you the right information you already have my money, trying to be level headed about this one

I was emailed a special offer to buy one get two free. When I tried it 7 times and kept getting the same result ($49.99 for each) I decided to reach out to customer service. Customer service decided to tell me to buy one of the the $89.99 bundles which did not have the items I wanted which was buy 1 regular hour glass bundle and get 2 free. I wasn't interested in the sauna one or that plastic mess. They never had a resolution on getting what they emailed me about. Customer service No! I have the emails to support my statement.

I was so super excited to try. They said error with processing figured out zip code was incorrect. Told via email that would now be sent out within 7 days- ten days later still waiting for tracking number to populate something or even follow up correspondence
