This company is a SCAM!! Do NOT order anything from this company!! This company is in China. You will NEVER get your money back or the merchandise you ordered. I ordered a wreath and they said it was delivered to my mailbox. Wrong!!!! I have informed delivery that shows every piece of mail or package delivered to my address. They tried to say it was left in my mailbox. WRONG!! How does a 19 inch wreath fit in a small box that only holds letters?? They will argue that you are lying and you get nowhere. The tracking number they give is invalid. I provided all evidence and verification that their so called package was NOT delivered and that their tracking number is invalid on every company(USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS) to PayPal along with screenshots of informed delivery every day. These people are thieves and it’s a shame that they are still able to con people out of their money. I have filed a claim with PayPal and hopefully PayPal will give me my money back. This company needs to be shut down!!! No one from this company has offered to refund my money and will only give you the run around. They will tell you that their shipping shows it was delivered. Well it has to go through one of 3 channels, USPS, Fed Ex or UPS and all of them show invalid tracking and no package has been scanned in for my address. I will also be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint as well as other companies to file a complaint about this company. Customers BEWARE!!!

I ordered 3 bird bells about 3 months ago and am still waiting for them. Bogus tracking. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering !!!!!!!

You cant give 0 stars. Lets just say i ordered a mens 13.5 composite toe boot in leather. Got a boys 6 in velvet like material and no where near composite toe, they are softer than a pair of UGGs. Advised the company of the issue abd they offered 8% refund and a discount code like i would ever order again. Chargebacks filed with bank and paypal. Scam dont order will get less than if you ordered from WISH.

If I could give them a 0 I would they were supposed to send me 2pair of steel toe cowboy boots I spent 218$ for them I got 2 pairs of rubber boots!! I have asked for a refund

If I could give negative stars I would. I have ordered 100.00 worth of merchandise, and never received any of it. Milly has been emailing me back and forth she refuses to give a refund or replace the items. she keeps asking me "where is your problem?".
Further I am told to take it up with my carrier: fed-ex, us postal service, nor ups says the number given to me is a legit traceable number.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

UPDATE: I did get through to a customer service rep by using the number from another post. However; they tried to log into my computer using an app called 'team viewer'. My husband immediately knew what this was, and when he took the phone and spoke to the guy telling him "I know you are trying to hack my wife's computer" the guy hung up.
This company is beyond shady. This is how elderly and others get their information stolen, and get their bank accounts robbed.

I will do everything in my power to spread the word about these criminals. Oh Milly....you messed with the wrong girl. :)

I ordered a pair of van skates in November, and still have not received them. The company told me they were shipped to another country, and other stupid excuses for why I have not received my merchandise. They should be responsible for sending my skates to another country. I asked for a refund in December to no avail. I call bulls!&(.

This was an Absolute SCAM. Do not order from them. Their product makes you think it is coming from the US, but it does not. They put up nice pictures and when you receive the item, it is plastic, 1/6 the size of the item in the photo, and they do not refund your money when you return it.

Complete junk. This is a scam. They show nice items ...you wait forever to receive the item but what you receive is junk. I paid 35.00 for each wreath, and what I thought would be a large grapevine wreath. What I received was not much larger than a frozen pie. So 80.00 for something I'd have paid 10 dollars for at a craft store. Do not buy from sdecorshop. I wish I had checked reviews before buying.

I had the almost same exact experience as Fran Conway with ordering what I thought was a Willow Tree set of the 3 wise men - nope! I total knock-off product. They first offered me 8% off and 10% on a future order. I refused. Then they offered 15% off, but I would need to pay for the return shipping of the item to Hong Kong and that would be expensive and take a long time. I refused. Then they offered me 30% off of the item, and I do not need to return it. I am still refusing. I paid with PayPal and have filed a claim against them. I will also report them to the FTC. I feel foolish for falling for this site. I tried to think the best of the situation and was totally duped!

I purchased a Three Kings set. The picture on this scam site was one featuring "Willow" Three Kings. What I received a month later was NOT EVEN CLOSE to the picture! "Mily" has offered me an 8% refund (can you believe that?????) OR 10% discount on future purchase????? WHY WOULD I WANT TO BE SCAMMED EVEN MORE!!! DISGUSTING SCAM - SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC - FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. While what I lost in miniscule to what I have been reading on this site and other sites, they will continue to steal, scam, etc. unless enough people notify the FTC.

In December I ordered a Jolly Santa Wreath @ $45.95 and a 6 foot cascading garland @$38.92 from sdecorshop.com.The items were pictured exactly as those at GrandinRoad.com but at a fraction of the cost! Can this be true? But hundreds were ordered by other customers listed on its website. Should I go ahead and order them? In the fall I had in fact ordered the garland from GrandinRoad at a cost of $100. Wouldn't it be great to have another one?

I ordered them. When my order arrived I was shocked to see 2 much smaller wreaths ( 8 inches in diameter and made of resin only ) -- not at all as described. Apparently, they stole their photos and descriptions from a reputable website GrandinRoad.com. And where was my garland!?

I proceeded to email Milley (service rep). She offered me a 10% discount on a future order and said that I could give them as gifts to friends and family. Later she offered me an additional refund of 8%, then increased it to 15%. She added that they were experiencing hard economic times. I told her I would keep the 2 wreaths because I didn't want to spend any more money to ship them back. Not once did she mention the missing garland from my order.

I contacted my Chase Visa dispute department. They looked into the whole situation and after weeks of frustration and anger about what had happened, I was refunded the cost of the missing garland.

Unfortunately, this website is still up and running and probably making fools of more unknowing customers!

Complete fraud. Bought a 3D advent calendar. I was sent a piece of formed plastic nowhere close to the product description. sdecorshop replied to my request for a refund: No, But if you don't like, maybe your friends and family may like it. I don't know why any US-based payment processor is still associated with this outfit.

If I could give it a -5 I would. This is a rip off. I puchased the 20 piece "Willow" Nativity set. The pieces are small. They are not even 5" tall. I paid $166 for the set. Not even worth $50. Now they are giving me a hard time about refunding it. DO NOT BUY!!!!! I don't know where all the good reviews came from. They have to be bogus.
