Could there be a worse experience than dealing with this bogus company? I ordered and paid for a LIGHTED HORSE sculpture as a gift. After a month of waiting, a tiny box arrived (the horse looked huge in the picture), it has no lights. You can only contact via e-mail, and they tried to tell me I ordered the one without a light, I sent them a screenshot of my order clearly showing the lighted horse. Then they had to admit that the warehouse must have "accidentally" sent me the wrong one. After many e-mails back and forth requesting a refund or the correct item, they offered me an 8% refund equal to $3 which does not even cover the price difference of THEIR mistake (which they obviously did on purpose in the first place). What a nightmare!

SCAM SITE: Do yourself a favor and don't order anything. What they show in the photos is nothing like the cheap items they send.

I was recently duped out of $300 from sdecorshop.com and I have reported them to the FTC, the United States Federal Trade Commission as well as reported them for cyber crime directly to the Hong Kong police. I urge everyone who has been scammed to do the same. (I was forced to remove the link to the Hong Kong police online portal, but a simple search will lead you to the consulate page—in English, and there is a link to their online portal for reporting crimes. I received confirmation of my report filed)
If we do not do this, they will continue to steal (& in my case, they stole because I ordered 4–6’ cascading garlands and they sent me a random item in the photo they hijacked from a reputable site called grandinroad.com). That is just one of their deceptions and fraud in my order, but anyone who orders will know I am being honest. Please please report them or it will continue to happen.

These products are cheap made and NOTHING like the picture!!!! Then when I received my wreaths that were half the size and made of of plastic I tried to return and was told by customer service there was nothing wrong with the wreaths I purchased. Poor poor customer service and a complete rip off. Do Not Pirchase!!!

This is what I thought I was getting. Big full wreath. CRAP. A scam. $70 of junk I could have gotten at Walmart for $7. Don’t buy anything.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Do not order from this site, you will not get what you ordered. I gave a 1 star only because there is no option for 0 stars. I ordered two 6 ft Cascading Christmas garlands; they sent me 2 Santa wall plaques. OMG. And they were cheaply made and poorly painted plaster items. You can only email SDecorshop, because the International phone number they provide is not a working number, and the customer service rep, Mily Wolinnet, offered to refund me 15%. What? When it was their error, I should only get $10.82 back? I refused to accept their offer.

I understand I got scammed, the $72.10 is not retrievable, lesson learned. I hope others learn from my mistake. Always ensure the Customer Service # and address are legit and accessible, but basically, when ordering from overseas, think twice.

So embarrassing; got taken by a scam site. I made an off-hand comment to my wife about a cool-looking, functioning V8 engine toy with moving parts. She got it as a birthday present and was so excited for me to open it. It’s literally one piece of something like a candle or wax. The item, along with those who sell it, are trash.

Bought an item for a gift, arrived weeks later. The item purchased was nothing like the photo. Do not shop here. Buyer beware.

BEWARE.. I received item today, after waiting 6 weeks and getting replies in Chinese. Sent in a plastic envelope, no box, so wreath is crushed and flowers folded up, total mess. Also made from very cheap looking materials, not at all like picture. I'll keep it as i refuse to pay return postage. Lesson learned.

Total scam and a piece of junk. Supposed to get a big 3D house advent calendar like on Christmas Vacation… paid $60 for something I could have bought at dollar general for $5. These people are a joke and hope they get what comes to them. TOTAL RIP OFF

Total scam. I ordered two 16ft outdoor led Christmas trees, or so I thought. What I got was basically a 16ft strand of lights. Absolutely nothing like the description. What a joke.

FYI don’t order anything from SDecorShop. I didn’t know it was a business out of Hong Kong until reaching out about an order. When I realized it, I cancelled the order the exact same day I placed it which is allowed w/ a full refund according to the website. They shipped it anyways a week later. Told me to refuse the item & it would go back to them, but they’re only offering me a partial refund due to them paying return postage. The way they ship pkgs (parcel select) the pkg can’t be refused & returned. It’s considered dead mail & gets thrown away. So I paid postage to send it back & emailed them to let them know. They asked for the tracking number so I emailed it & it was delivered back to them last week. They offered me 10% off my next purchase instead of a refund.

Absolute crap and deceptive descriptions. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Gave 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. I’ve been back and forth and back and forth trying to get a refund. They will tell you it’s too expensive to ship back to Hong Kong so they’ll offer you a percentage of your purchase as a refund. I fully believe this is part of their scam. They’re still making money even after giving you a PARTIAL refund because they’re products are CRAP.

Total ripoff, classic bait and switch. Paid 140.00 dollars for 2 "3D Christmas Advent Calendar Houses" what I received were 2 pieces on miniature junk not worth 10.00 dollars. Customer service is a total run around. Won't refund my money but offered a 20% refund and 10% off next purchase. Very disappointed. There will be no additional purchases from. Don't BUY FROM Sdecorshop!!

Total scam. Item described as wool on the website is actually some really bad quality synthetic material. Pathetic company with pathetic products.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I should have read the reviews before I made a purchase. I ordered an advent calendar that looked like a two-story house which was descripted as 33" wide and have doors and windows that opened for each date in December. Price $59.92. What I received was a cheap, plastic house, no openings and 7" wide. I contacted them and sent pictures and descriptions from their website, and a picture of what I received. The reply was that the did not see any difference. It would cost me at least $20 in shipping to return it so I will keep it (estimated value $15) and take the loss as a lesson learned.

These people are right this is a total scam I ordered one of those V8 assembly kits for Motors and I got a 2 by 3 inch piece of plastic ship company should be put away and close and never allowed to sell anything to anybody

Total scam.. items are not as they appear or are described on the website and then once you get the items returns are almost impossible because you have to send the items back to China and they keep discouraging you by saying it’s gonna take at least a month to get your money back and the cost to ship it back to China is a lot so they’ll offer you a discount to keep the items. I bought a 16 foot animated Christmas tree or so I thought but it was really one string of lights that you could create a tree but you obviously would need more than one string of lights plus you would have to buy the stand and the star so the pictures that they show are very deceiving also the large outdoor Christmas balls that look like they are lighted and have raised details on them are actually just plastic beach balls that you blow up with no lights no way to attach on the ground and very cheap.

I really wish I would have checked to see if the site was legit before ordering. I used PayPal and couldn’t cancel even 30 minutes after the order. Item hasn’t arrived yet but now all I can do is wait in horror :(
