If I could give this no stars I would! I ordered a wreathin Nov 2021 and didn't get it until after Christmas. It was sent in a bag and not a box. So it arrived very damaged! I was VERY VERY cheap. Something I would get un a dollar store. It was very flexible and didn't keep the circle shape but more of an oval. It was like pipecleaner. I tried to reach out to customer service and they would only offer a 10% refund. I was instructed not to return the item until I sent pictures and tracking information. I uploaded the pics and then was told that they would give me a 18% at most. Please beware of this site!! Not worth it!

I ordered 2 wreaths from this company which I NEVER received. Upon telling them they told me to check with the post office - which I did. The post office does not have the packages. They offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase as compensation - WHY would I ever give them any more of my money??? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Agree with everyone else. This site is a scam. I ordered an ornament. After waiting a month for the order, what arrived was not the three-dimensional ornament advertised, but a piece of plastic with a picture of the ornament on it. Company refused to give me a refund. Offered me 15% off, then 30% then 40%. I reported it to my credit card company and received my money back.

Don’t buy from this company. I ordered a shelf insert, a medieval alley, and it is super bare with tiny decorations that look nothing like the advertised version. They also don’t let you post a review on their site.

I bought a wreath from this website and recieved a broken picture of a wreath from Hong Kong. Their website does not allow you to leave a review. Stay away

This company scams people. I bought a Harry Potter Sorting Hat ornament off of them. Their site clearly shows a Sorting Hat with motion and sound. They have a video showing movement. You wait several weeks to get it. When it comes in, it only has sound. They claim that there is no damage. They said that it will cost you about $20.00 to ship it back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE CONNED.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this item did not come in as described, I even paid for speed shipping, and got the item in late, the item I received is very very cheaply made. Does not do what it shows in the picture, stay away from this seller. The gears don't even move. I am very disappointed with this seller, I even emailed them and no reply. I paid almost 50 something dollars for an item on their website. They are scammers.

Item described as wool. It is 95%polyester, 5% spandex. Total fraud. Do not waste time ordering anything from these people.

Awful company! Sure wish I had seen reviews before I ordered from them! They offered me 8% refund of a 78.00 order for inflatable yard ornaments that will not stay inflated and suggested that I give them to a friend. Why give something you are unhappy with to a friend?

Total scam, ordered and paid too much for garbage items. They arrived broken and the customer service was horrible. Offered a 50% refund to keep the products and when told I would send them back was told I would need to cover the shipping and it could take 4-6 months for a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!

I ordered a 22 inch Christmas wreath on December 4, 2021. Finally received an 11 inch version on January 4. Horrible waste of money. I did receive the clip on cardinals that arrived in good condition for another purpose…but I am continuing to fight to either have the wreath replaced or a refund. Worst customer service ever!!

This website is an absolute scam. Do not buy anything from them. Ordered item received two weeks late and product was damaged. Product was worth no more than $5 but paid over $145. Quality is garbage you do not get what they advertised by any stretch of the imagination. Stay away. They will only offer a 35% refund on something that is damaged in shipping. The product look like it was made in a Chinese Sweatshop which I'm quite sure it was.

I purchased an orrery model of the solar system and received a complete knockoff that does not match what I paid for and what was on the website.

Awful awful site. I ordered a hard to find hallmark nintendo ornament. First it did not arrive until after xmas though said it would be here before. But the real issue is the ornament. The site described the real hallmark ornament showed pics and told you what sort of batteries you need. what I received was a tiny flat piece of plastic with a picture of the ornament, complete garbage.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Do not buy from these people. I bought two wreaths each just under $50.00. They are not worth the money. The wreaths are very very small and are not nearly as nice as the pictures. Even though I paid for expedited shipping neither wreathe arrived till after Christmas, and one came in all out of shape. This is such a scam!!!!

It's came very late didn't get a tracking number until 3 weeks after I purchased it then it came in a plastic bag so everything is like crushed packing is the worst ,You see in the pic what there asking on the site

NO DONT BUY!!! Yeah pretty much EXACTLY what my fellow angry reviewers state! Ordered 6 blowup Christmas ornaments for the lawn, paid $39 each plus $20 expedited shipping. Bogus email with bogus tracking info, only to receive another email with valid tracking details, 2 weeks later. So much for expedited shipping. Two of the six ornament balls were half the size of the others and one ball had a tear in it. I noticed after that the smaller balls were never shown next to the larger balls on the website. I pray that no one buys from this disgusting, shameless “company” and, for me, that would be the best Christmas present ever. Your employees should be in jail.

I really wish I could post pictures of what the website shows and what I got. Total joke. Website shows huge, gorgeous wreath. I got a teeny, tiny plastic piece of crap straight from China. Imagine the worst and then know it was worse than that.

The pictures and descriptions are a lie. They send you items that are junk, miniature and not at all as pictured. They use pictures from other websites for all there products and even the store on the main page. The picture of the customer service rep that is responding to my complaints is even fake. I am in the process of fighting with them to get my money back. SCAM!!!

Same as the others. Ordered hanging baskets and the griswold house-only 1 hanging basket showed up. Completely different than described. Would not refund and offered me 30%…this is a scam.
