I have just taken delivery of two vintage motorcycles shipped door to door by SeaKargo from Virginia USA to Edinburgh UK. This is the first time I have imported motorbikes and I am extremely grateful to Darryl and the SeaKargo team for dealing so efficiently with all aspects of the process and for keeping me informed at every stage. Many thanks.

I recently used Seakargo to ship a vehicle from Seattle USA to Wakefield UK door to door. From start to finish it was flawless,both Johney and Darryl were brilliant and were in contact every step of the way. All the paperwork was taken care of from departure to arrival, I know Darryl had to work from home during the pandemic but this made no difference to the smooth running of the transaction.,this is definitely the go to company for vehicle shipping i can't praise them enough many thanks to you both.

Darryl and Johnny are fantastic at what they do.If you are looking at shipping vehicles around the globe look no further.I have used them for moving cars from the US to Europe without fault.They arrive exactly as they left on time every time.Paperwork is all done correctly so there is no problems at customs.

I have had 5 cars shipped from USA by Seakargo with zero problems, each car arrived un damaged and on time. I was kept informed of progress all the way from collection to delivery. Darryl and Johnny were very helpful. Everything went well even in the Covid lockdown. I would certainly use Seakargo again

I have had a few cars shipped from the States, using Roll on, Roll of. My first time using a container shipping company..we I struck gold with SeaKargo. Two cars shipped from New York arrive safe and sound at a saving of £1600 for the two..I have since received another car shipped from New York, no problems, all three cars delivered directly to my home. I would and have recommended SeaKargo...Johnny and Darryl were both upfront and helpful.

This was the first time I used Seakargo. Everything went really well and they were cheaper and better to deal with than the last company I used. They are in the process of bringing me another vehicle over now and I will certainly use them for my next one if it's all as smooth as last time.

Although SeaKargo only handled the UK side of importing a car from the USA, as I used a U.S. company to ship, everything they did was with great accuracy and they kept me informed every step of the way, and handled HMRC import taxes for me. Very happy!

Absolutely awful.... a container for UK to Cyprus
It was a disaster from start to finish lots and lots of amendment fees.
Wrong times and delivery days, the list is endless.
The icing on the cake was when they sent me a invoice of £300 plus because THEY had forgotten to charge the vat!!!!

I would never use again. Very stressful they just didn’t seem to care. Very unhelpful for someone like myself that had never done this sort of thing before.

SeaKargo are an absolute joke - Nothing but a bunch of incompetent amateurs and I just wish I'd read some of the other poor reviews before I used them.
I have used several other companies over the past 10-15 years and have never experienced any issues whatsoever. I began getting bad vibes from SeaKargo even before I dropped off the vehicle at their depot due to wrong and uninformed emails being sent to me.
The service was exceptionally slow and although that never bothered me too much, what I found just a bit more than I could bear was that they allowed a secondary contractor who was paid to hail the vehicle by road from Monteral to Toronto to double stack my crate. There was a sign on my crate warning about the fragility of the contents and 'do not double stack' warnings pasted on the crate. They double stacked and by the time my motorcycle arrived at Toronto it was crushed.
I wrote to SeaKargo to complain but I received very little acknowledgement of their error - In their words 'accidents happen'
I will never use their services again and I just hope that someone reads this review before they trust SeaKargo to handle their valuable goods.
Dreadful service all round and I would simply call them a bunch of amateurs.

First class.
I have ever imported a car before, SeaKargo made the whole process a breeze.
They walked me through the whole process advised costs up front and took care of everything.
I supplied the collection address in the states delivery address in the U.K. and they made it all happen. They sorted the customs, import duty and vat.
Communication couldn’t have been better, advised every step of the way.
Would I use again, MOST CERTAINLY, would I recommend WITHOUT HESITATION.
Special mention to Darryl & Imogen.
Thanks guys for making everything so easy.

Have used you 5/6 times now and you haven’t disappointed me yet. Even when one car did get held up over Xmas 18, you pulled the stops out straight after. Will be back next time I treat myself 😎

first time I ever used this company and would deffinatly use them again I have used several other companies over the years but i would return to Seakargo if and when I ship another car from America

The customer service was excellent, but when I collected my 2 motorcycles they were still in crates. I had to pay $100 for a carpenter to decrate them, another $100 for the crates to be forklifted to the ramp as unfortunately I don’t own a 40 ton truck that can back up to a loading dock.
