Excellent service I received thank you. There was a small problem with my order but Sealant Supplies responded very quickly and were more than helpful in sorting it out. Everything I have purchased has been good quality and a very competitive price.

Ordered on 11/09/25. 20/09/25 today and still no sign of delivery so have had to cancel tilers, delaying the job for several weeks. Poor delivery times seem to crop up in other reviews, which is a shame as website was easy to use and the product well priced.

Ordered on 4th September, paid £11.99 for delivery within 48 hours.
Called to chase delivery to be told she could not find order and would have to use online form to find it. They then say sorry for delay it is on the way. You keep chasing to eb told same thing.
Then chased again today to be told item not in stock would we like something else.
Will never use again.

Ordered two 20kg bags of floor leveler, after 16 days still no delivery. Contacted SSL they state that DHL have lost the order. No opology, contact or custmer update. Very service and would reccomment buying from this company.

Items all in stock and delivered on time- well packaged too.
Any issues the staff were happy to help especially with alternative if my original order was out of stock

Great guys to work with and fast delivery

I waited over 2 weeks for delivery and after chasing on email and phone, was promissed everything would be delivered, then only half the items ordered arrived. Had to wait another weeks for the delivery. Very disappointing service.

Excellent service. Paid for product and delivery online, it was not in stock. I was travelling the following week, we chatted by phone, and agreed that the package would be shipped to me upon my return. A quick mail to Sealant supplies, and it was with me within 2 days. Great service, especially James, and will use again for sealants and adhesives.

Placed the order 18 days ago and only been dispatched today....(Monday)
I called the company 4 times last week saying I need it by the end of the week latest and if they don't have it I would happily get different colour instead.

I've been lied 4 times saying it been dispatched and I've been told I've got problem with my email...

Order obviously wasn't delivered, I started job without necessary materials (18 days after placing order)... and today I've got emails from sealant suppliers saying my order will be shipped today and to expect email from dpd...

They're great as a company, they answer emails and calls promptly and have good range of quality products.
However, they use DPD as their courier and next day delivery for DPD means "in 4 days time".
I paid good money to get something delivered next day and DPD instead of doing what they're paid for, decided to shut their operation at 3pm on a Friday.
Customer service guy was no surprised and lied about the parcel being picked up only that morning when in fact it had been with them since the day before.
All documented by their own emails.
They couldn't care less that I had a brand new kitchen delivered to the garden instead than indoors.
Had to buy 2 big tarpaulins to cover everything up.
Finally they decide to deliver on monday (I had ordered the stuff on the previous Wednesday at 2pm).
The driver sneaked down our cul de sac, turned around and took a picture of my house from his van.
Little did he know that I'd been waiting for him and while he was doing that, I had come out from my back door and stood in front of his van.
He gave me some BS about the sat nav not recognising my address.
"Is that why you were taking a picture of my house without getting out of the van?"
Address has been on same royal mail post code since 1956.
If you don't want your parcel, use this company and DPD will make sure you'll be screwed.
The worst courier on earth.
I wonder how they're still in business.
Personally and unfortunately I will not be ordering from SSL again unless they change delivery partner.
