I needed two units of different sizes. The website is easy to use and the communication is excellent. Vicky was great with updates and the organisation of the delivery. Their delivery man was an excellent chap too! I would definitely recommend Sealed Units Direct. Many thanks.

I am a novice and only have a limited knowledge regarding double glazing. I phoned Sealed units direct. Not expecting the responce I received. I explained what I wanted to a sales person, "Vicky" that was the start of an easy progression. Vicky took over adviced me and help compleat my order. The units ordered were deliverd as arranged and on time. When this part of my task is compleated I will be ordering more glazing units

Found this company on the WEB and gave them a call to ask a few questions. I spoke to very helpful lady called Vicky. She guided me through the whole of the ordering process and assuring me about the leaded stripe on the window. Ordering on-line using their order page was very easy and fool proof. Completed the order and made payment. As per their advertising regarding delivery sure enough 10 days after my order the sealed unit arrived to my home by their own delivery people. A first class service. Would highly recommend.

I wanted a single double glazed window made for a project I was doing on my boat. I used Sealed Units Direct as I found they were a local company to myself based in Essex.
It was easy to order on the website.
Then from start to receiving it I was kept informed of the progress. Quick turnaround time. Delivery was at a time and date convenient to myself and the driver informed me before hand of his arrival.
Th unit was of excellent quality and fitted perfectly in place.
I highly recommend this company to anyone needing double glazed windows and will be definitely using them again.

I ordered a sealed unit from here and it was very straight forward. However after I installed it and removed the labels from the glass i noticed it had a couple of scratches. I emailed them to tell them and they contacted me quickly to resolve the issue. Maisie was very helpful, she organised a replacement immediately without any fuss and she kept me updated with the progress of my replacement. It arrived today spot on with no issues. A big thank you to Maisie for being so polite and understanding and helpful. Makes a change to have a company who rectifies issues without having to jump through hoops.

Nice, easy to use website and very competitive pricing. Despite the great website I managed to make a mistake with my order and made contact to request a change. Fantastic service from start to finish. Was very easy to order on their website. Once ordered was kept up to date with the order process and the day before received a call from Vicky to advise us of the delivery date. We had a couple of technical queries and she was able to answer these for us too which helped greatly.

Delivery drivers were excellent and arrived in Derbyshire before 8.30 am despite the overnight snow.
Would highly recommend this company for the quality of service received which was excellent from start to finish.

The website was easy to navigate, order the sealed unit I needed and pay. This was the first time I had attempted to replace a 'blown' double glazed unit as a DIY job so was a bit anxious. I measured the unit and then ordered. 12 days later I received a call from Vicky, who was very friendly and helpful, to let me know the unit would be delivered the following day which it was. I fitted that afternoon and the window looks great. I would definitely use this company again.
