What's happened Seapets?
The delivery and contents were perfect but my grudge is with your recent price hikes and lack of response to messages.
I'll probably be shopping elsewhere to get the best prices now, where seapets has always been where I go to bulk buy usually.

Absoultly shocking company! Never experienced such rude customer service! Items still missing and emails ignored! Part of the product damaged!! Offered discount in one phone call denyed knowledge of it in another phone call!! Avoid!

Really not happy with seapets, payed £6 for fast delivery and it took ages, all my fish died waiting for there white spot meds. Sent an email stating how I feel about it and it was totally ignored
