Stessful
Tank very heavy due to gravel being put in,would have safer to been packed separately .delivery to kerbside unacceptable,how can u expect one person to lift the tank with all that weight in it .driver took pallet but left all the banding and cardboard corners on the drive.would have preferred to pay a delivery charge so it could have brought into the house properly,very stressful

Quick delivery, hilariously well wrapped with huge amount of bubble wrap and fragile stickers around it. I began to think I'd ordered the wrong thing! I had ordered pink though because Molly is a girl but I got blue. Shes colour blind though so no big deal! Would use you again.
