I have to pay £500 (that I will never see back) for something they’ve admitted on numerous occasions is their own fault. Would never ever ever recommend. Taken four months of going back and forth with inconsiderate customer service agents
Update: they’ve replied with empty useless words and apologies. Also don’t believe their responses, it is 100% AI and inconsistent with their processes and practices. Run in the opposite direction with your money if you ever enter Omar.

Had a poor experience at a hotel bked via SE. Hotel won't speak to me about complaint directly as bked through SE. Asked SE to contact hotel and complain. Their policy is to reply in 28 days. Heard nothing. Escalated after 28days, on 4 consequitive days, promised a call back on each occassion, nothing received. Total silence.
It's clear SE are either ignoring this matter or have a total communications breakdown between their frontline call desk and resolutions teams. This is still a live complaint and I'd apprecaite someone at SE taking resposnibility for my case and have the courstey to reply and resolve it.

On the odd occasion we have had an issue, this have been dealt with quickly and with professionalism and any problems have been either rectified immediately or we have been compensated without delay. Booking process is easy and straightforward, prices are always competitive and the choice of venues is extensive and as described. Secret Escapes is always our first point of call when looking for a holiday.

Rang hotel to ask about parking to be told no room for us even though booked and paid Secret Escapes. Hotel had notified Secret Escapes but they still let me book and pay. Completely threw my plans into disarray as I had booked one night at another hotel nearby.If I hadn't rang hotel we would have turned up with no room.

We have used SE on a number of occasions and have always been happy with their services. This trip was island hopping in Greece so involved flights, transfers, ferries and hotels. Everything went smoothly. Only one hotel didn't quiet meet our expectations compared to the others, possibly as early in the season. Overall a fantastic trip which was a great experience.

The App / Website very straight forward no issues. Same for the concierge service, I had a few enquiries, started with AI however I asked to speak with a human within seconds a human answered. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Great Service.

I booked a non refundable holiday for just short of £4000, when the confirmation came through a mistake had been made with the name on the booking, I contacted yourselves and 48 hours later you send me an email requesting £360 to correct the mistake you made, disgusting

Secret Escapes have provided me and my husband, friends and family with amazing accommodation and deals over the years, both abroad ( including Thailand, Iceland and Bali) and in the UK ( eg York, Lake District, Oxfordshire, Cheshire, Wales) We also took a cruise and 5* stay in Malta through Secret Escapes. Never had a problem and always been more than happy with the upgrades. Can highly recommend and I will certainly continue to book holidays with Secret Escapes.

Two centre holiday of 22 nights in Croatia. First at Palazzo President in Split which was excellent.
Transfer by fast ferry to Hvar to stay at Amenses Resort was not really suitable for someone with walking difficulties.
Unfortunately the hotel was completely unsuitable with many steps and uneven surfaces.
It soon became apparent that this was unworkable.
After a few calls to Secret Escapes the right people took ownership of the problem and by the morning of day 2 we were offered a move to a different hotel back on the mainland which we accepted with gratitude and enormous relief. Secret Escapes assisted by local agents arranged all of the transfers which included a more suitable alternative for the ferry crossing. A long journey in total - 5 hours - but well organised.
Now settled in a disability friendly hotel.
A big thank you to Sabine from Secret Escapes for sorting this out for us both also for showing great empathy to the plight of a disabled customer facing distress and discomfort when finding herself in a hotel that was not only hazardous for her but with management who showed no empathy or interest in her plight.
Thank you Sabine and Secret Escapes. A response to a situation when something goes wrong is a true test of a company and its staff and on this occasion you have excelled.
