I ordered a quantity of seed slices

I ordered a quantity of seed slices, which I really like but one pack which it’s expiry date is August 2026 has gone mouldy. It’s not been opened in anyway.
I have emailed and sent photographs but Seedful just ignore my emails.
Their customer service and products are clearly poor, I am sad to say stay well clear of them.

Avoid

Thought these products looked great so ordered my first batch and set up a subscription as I wanted to ensure we had a regular supply of healthy breads and bars. They took the money but received nothing for weeks! Chased it up and then my subscription parcel arrived before I even had chance to try the products. I asked them to cancel my original order as it hadn't arrived but they wouldn't. So I ended up with way too much of it. The bread I find inedible as each slice has hard bits (like pieces of Olive stones) even the slices with no olives so I am going to throw it all away before I break a tooth. The seed bars are a bit better. I asked for a refund on one of my two orders (happy to return the products) but this was refused despite their money back promise. Terrible customer service and poor product.

Do not order from seedful. They are scammers

This company is scamming people.

Just search for seedful on Trustpilot and read all the negative reviews who have the same experience as me.

I made an online order in early October, 2024. I chased the order for 4 weeks and then gave up because the company openly lie and are clearly not interested in sending customers their orders or giving people refunds.

I have reported them to Facebook as fraudulent and also reporting them to Shopify.com who provide their e-commerce platform.

Please avoid these scammers!

Avoid! Do not deliver

I ordered on 7th October. Over two weeks later no product just a litany of excuses. First it was Evri they blamed, now it's Royal Mail. I've never left such a negative review before. Really wished I had checked Trust Pilot before ordering. Lesson learned. Don't trust Facebook promotions!

They’ve taken my money but never sent my order and haven’t answered any of my emails of which I’ve sent at least 20. Charlatans.

Unfulfilled delivery and no customer service staff

They appear to have no admin staff, so I wonder if they are about to go bust. My order had missing items, so I emailed five times the ‘Store’ and ‘Customer Service’ addresses; I submitted a ‘Contact Us’ box; and I sent a letter by post – no reply. They do not have a telephone number either. I had paid with a Visa credit card, so have submitted a claim to Visa to reclaim what Seedful charged me for non-delivered items. I used to like the product and have a Seedful account, but I shall no longer buy from them.

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. I ordered their bread and some crostini’s. The crostinis had mould on them. I took photos and contacted them via Instagram. They said they would send replacements. That was 2 months ago! I have chased them up several times but they now do not respond to any messages. I am now trying to claim back money via CC

I have never posted a poor review…

I have never posted a poor review before. However, the product took ages to arrive and there is no way of contacting the company. I signed up for a subscription under the impression that this could be cancelled at any time. However, they have blocked the cancellation and the website says I need to receive 6 orders before I can cancel. This was not on the website. The product is good but beware of no customer service or way to get out of a contract apart - hopefully - going through the bank.

Dodgy Online Store

Placed an order for 10 loaves and did not receive them. Reached out to them for an update on the order and didn’t hear back. Tried Facebook Messenger but they never replied.

They are still accepting orders but not sending the products. Do not place any orders with this company.

Edit: I got this order today almost a year later after placing it when I had already given up on it.

Do Not Order.

I’ve ordered from them before with no problem, so wasn’t worried when I placed another order on 28th October. Money taken from my account 30th October, and received e-mail to say goods despatched. They haven’t been, as shown by Evri tracking. E-mails and messages are ignored, so I have no idea what is going on, or even if they are still trading. I would advise not placing any orders at the moment as there is obviously something wrong. I have possibly lost my money. I will not be ordering from them again.

Update 15th November. Still no word from Seedful, and no sign of my order. I have instructed my bank to pursue a refund.

Silent Robbers

Ordered some rolls and as I was double clicking on Apple Pay - I noticed the delivery charge had changed from what it first brought up. Too late as I had placed the order. They charged me £40 (for £20 worth of rolls) for delivery!

They don’t have a phone number I could find. I emailed them and tweeted them immediately I placed the order to cancel the order. They ignored all of that and shipped it anyway.

I just went on UPS website and put in exact weight and measurements and it costs maximum £14.39. So they’ve ripped me off for £25. And complete silence.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Awful company

Awful company. I started ordering these via amazon in 2020 & the deliveries were missing 4 packs. So I've ordered directly & it's been nearly 3 weeks with no delivery, no order confirmation & no reply to my email chasing my order. Have paid by PP so requested a refund. I may continue to buy them at H&B but will look for alternatives.
