Some of my fondest childhood memories where in front of the Sega playing Golden Axe and Streets of Rage. Still two of my favourite video game franchises to this day.
Being able to land some nice quality official merchandise from these golden retro titles is a brilliant opportunity, but I do wish the designs came in girl cuts instead of the unisex!

Speedy delivery, fun products - would like to see a broader range of games in the near future.

How glad I was to find that Sega shop was stocking Dreamcast Merchandise!!! My other half is really into his retro gaming and I purchased some top notch bits and pieces from the store! He will be thrilled come Christmas!

I made a preorder purchase and at no point did SEGA keep me updated on when the order would be released or sent or delivered. I contacted their customer care and received no response. Would not purchase again.

Good selection and the staff is great at handling issues. however when I pre-ordered a shirt the design got changed the same month which was a little disappointing. Great place for Sonic merch though. Would recommend.

This shop is perfect for your Sonic fan / Sega retro gamer fan. There is a wide range of items, most of which is bespoke and exclusive to this particular store, and of course being the OFFICIAL sega store, all items are 100% official. This results in great designs, official art being used, and a high standard of quality accross all products.

The quality of the items are great...I ordered a Sonic t-shirt and the Amy Rose 25th anniversary coin and the quality on both was absolutley superb and well in line with the price asked. Packaging of items was excellent, and they arrived in a timely manner.

The store's communication was also excellent. From order confirmation to dispatch and postage updates, you are kept up to date with where your ofer is right up until delivery.

Overall the buying experience I recieved from the official sega store was excellent and I would highly recommend it!

Ordered a Streets of rage bobble hat and fridge magnet sets for Christmas. They arrived well packaged and are of very good quality. Would highly recommend sega shop to everybody!

Super excited to have official Sega merch available in the UK - especially Yakuza merch! Order arrived very quickly and everything seems fantastic. The customer service team were responsive and friendly when I had a query about delivery times too

I've purchased from the old sonicmerchandise.com/ website, shop.sega.com (Toaster) & this new one I have to say no matter what website I used the Customer Service available was always spot on Delivery Service was always as expected would always buy from SEGA again

Still waitign for t shirts that were supposed to be ready in december, the prices went down not on sale by £5 per shirt for 2 of them. Custoemr service has not got back to me at all. Would love to update this with a 5 star but right now the service ha sbeen abysmal and I am left hanging.

Update: T T-Shirts finally arrived despite no dispatch e-mail, they just randomly turned up one day. Are of average quality, could not ask for much more given their price. However they went down to £8 for 2 of the shirts I purchased and I have not had the price difference refunded, which would be nice given that the order was significantly past the expected date.

The quality of them is average, not awful and for the price completely reasonable.
