Excellent products, really good quality! Nothing you can find in regular toy shops compare! I had a delay in delivery, however I emailed the contact address to query it and they got back to me straight away. One of my items was out of stock so the systems had pended it automatically (no fault of anyone’s just one of them annoying computer errors). They sorted it straight away and my delivery arrived asap. Really good customer service. Have recommended to all my friends who also have Sonic mad children and they’ve all purchased same items and are equally as happy as I am.

Been waiting for the UK shop to open for some time. They launched with a great range of products. The ones I had ordered were pre-orders so had to wait a bit for the delivery, but was very happy when received.

Products themselves were great quality I especially love the limited edition Amy Rose Coin. Will gladly purchase from the SEGA Shop again.

Great selection of gaming merchandise from the various franchises (I particularly loved the Yakuza t-shirts). Items are fairly priced too and seasonal sales make it even more interesting!

I've been playing Sega games since the early 90's no other game developer gives me that nostalgic feeling like Sega does. I'm so happy to see this store open up to the UK I finally managed to get some Yakuza merchandise! I truly hope we see more in this store in 2019.
