I am keen to leave positive words for all the help and support over the years SEIB have given me with pony.
She had a poor start to life being a rescue and I was able to give her the life she deserved and treat the things that needed to be to be treated because I had SEIB on our side and for that I’m very grateful. In some really stressful and hard times (particularly when she had to have an eye removed) Having such a professional and swift insurance company made things so much easier.
I’ve never had to use insurance for anything before (fortunately) but my pony decided to help me learn all about that. I’m desperately sad that she’s gone but genuinely think it would’ve been sooner if I wasn’t able to have SEIBs help.
The contact is easy and always very timely and any decisions for payouts were made quickly. I would never be without horse insurance following my most recent experiences and will be hard pushed to look anywhere else due to the great customer care I have received with SEIB. I had my pony insured with SEIB since is rescued her in 2017
