We broke down today with a punctured tire and they fitted us un last minute on a Friday afternoon. Quick and great service with friendly staff will defiantly come back again

I had two punctures in three weeks. I was able to get a quick appointment and the team were able to fix the first tyre. The second has a massive nail in it and they didn't have a replacement tyre in stock - they referred me to another local tyre shop so I could back on the road immediately. I have always found the staff very helpful, professional and polite and would really recommend them.

Took car in for Front tyres only, felt I was pressured into a 'free' tracking check and told the front was was miles out with no evidence and pressured into having the tracking done. I was initially charged for both axles tracking which was revised to just the front when challenged. Now when I drive my steering wheel is about 20 degrees off centre when going in a straight line. On a long motorway bend I'm still steering left with the car going right. It's the second time I've felt uncomfortable at this branch so I'll be getting it sorted elsewhere as I don't want another 'heated disagreement'. I've got no concrete evidence on why alignment is way off but the upselling was irritating in itself and won't be going back.

I had a puncture this week and needed to swap out my spacesaver quickly.
While I was waiting for the recovery company, I checked for tyres online and found a suitable trye. I called the branch to make an appointment and checked the price to be quoted a much higher, £20, price.
When I queried this they told me to order online as they could not match it in branch. Absolute madness by the company.
Having said that, once I arrived the staff were excellent, friendly helpful and they swapped the tyre quickly.

This feedback is for Selecta tyres at Talke. Lazy, lying muppets with attitude. Never again will we use this place and have informed 4x4 tyres online about their business partner. Obviously think they can take the p••s out of female customers. However my wife is a contract lawyer, so don’t try to preach GDP law here or quote safety regulations. Stay clear and check the Google reviews at this centre. If these boys worked for me, they will be looking for work next week. Other customers present said they would not be back from the service they experienced too. Stay well away!!!!!!!!

Ripley Derbyshire 5 star service I would recommend Reece and Tyler they did a fantastic job for fitting 4 new tyres to my car.

Went in this morning for an unexpected flat tyre. Tyre fitted within good time and at reasonable price with friendly staff, this is not the first time I have used them and won't be the last. Seems best value in town.

Grantham Branch - what a well organised operation. I live nearly 40 miles away, and phoned before I set off to make sure that the tyres were in stock. They had not arrived, but someone would telephone me to let me know when they had the tyres, and then I could come and they would fit them. The telephone call came soon after, & I went and got the tyres fitted. I noted that the technician used a seat cover, which was good. Everyone there was very pleasant, and I was on my way home within half an hour. The tyres were very competitively priced, but that was just a bonus.
This was the first time that I have used this company, but it will definitely not be the last.
Brilliant customer service - it could not have been better. Highly recommended.

Brilliant customer service today again, Bobby and his trusted team come tops again fixing a true for me, turned out I had another puncture which was un-saveable, but was rapidly replaced with a new tyre and was on my way. This garage always goes above and beyond my expectations.👍

I went to selecta tyre Robinn and a young lad helped repaired my tyre, there were really friendly and helpful, I appreciate everything they did, would definitely recommend 😌

Kettering Bath road brach. Worst service. Booked to change 4 tyres and paid on the previous day dropped the car at 8:30, the technicians were lazy and Irresponsible to even check the lock-nut which was inside the dashboard. they had three - four staff but in between the go for another lot of works. after waiting for long 4 hours and frequently asking them finished the job at 12:30. I never recommend this brach.

Outstanding customer service, so very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me out in an emergency breakdown situation and could not have been more helpful when I needed it most.
A great bunch of guys with such customer service and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you again.

Select Tyre Kettering, was great. I got a puncture when going home from the hospital. I turned into this garage and asked for help. I was seen immediately, my Tyre change and on my way. Bobby was very accommodating, excellent service. I would recommend to anyone.

SelectaTyre Grantham are amazing. Great prices and nothing is too much trouble. Even fitted me in after an MOT failure just before closing. Great service everytime, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a tyre go flat while halfway to Manchester. I stopped in and Dean had me back on the road in no time. Despite being busy they were able to fit me in. Replacing the tyre on the wheel and swapping it with the space-saving spare i'd had to fit. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Dean and Robbie at Selecta Tyres in Rugby. They listened to my needs and addressed them fully, in a very timely manner - saving me time, money and inconvenience. They were also very kind and considerate about me caring for my baby whilst there.
