Continuous issue with the panel
The first 6 weeks of the alarm installation, plan had to contact the company 4-5 times for the malfunction of the panel not taking the set codes.

Overall impressed
The knowledge of the installer was great as well as his cleanliness and kindness. So far service seems great. We rarely arm our system because we’re so used to having one that didn’t work. Our only complaint is that we still have the stickers and yard sign from our old system. We never received the new ones.

I am seriously concerned
I am seriously concerned, when the alarm is triggered and the phone is answered, your staff answers with “is everything all right” that’s scary because if an intruder forces me to answer yes. I would like to suggest the following: alarm triggered, you call and open with ‘what is your pass code?’, and then the parties continue with conversation. Safety is the most important of having an alarm system, can see so many faults with your current operations. The quality of your current operation is poor compared to other systems, I chose Aarm Force for the great service offered. Learn from them and improve your quality of service. In the meanwhile I will investigate other products.

New security system
This new security system is wonderful! I love it and I recommended it to my daughter who lives in Charlotte, NC. I can tell when this system is armed versus the old system. In addition it has so many nice features.
