Disappointed

The service is more pricey than most..I do not like the touch screen key pad.Sometimes it's super sensitive.And other times you have to touch the screen extra hard to get it to accept your code.I had my time run out trying to turn the alarm off.And of course they called to see what the alarm was about.Knowing what I know now I like the push button key pad better.A much better system.Hi teck is not always better.

The transition from Alarm Force to Select Select Security was a little shaky, but I have been pleased with my service thus far.

No video access fir video security

Well for the last minth, we have had no video access.... and no updates from the company as to when we'll have it. We luke remote access via our phones but we got the service for the camera...when we need video access MOST, we didnt have and still dont. 😕

I would have rated higher except their…

I would have rated higher except their follow up on installing an outdoor camera has been horrible. They responded to an issue with the system right away. It was at that visit that we requested the outdoor camera. The service tech either didn’t make the request correctly or the follow up from the inside isn’t up to par.

Hi frank Spriggs speaking from Columbus Ohio select security is a very good option when it comes to home security the equipment I have works very well and I love the two way communication that thier equipment features the response time is excellent as well the only thing that I don’t like is contracts but I understand stand why they need to have these contracts to cover the expensive equipment they furnish so I’m good with it for now eventually I will own my own but as for all u home owners out thier I highly recommend select security for all ur security needs thanks again

Do not always get a call when my alarm…

Do not always get a call when my alarm goes off. Do not always get asked my name or password code. Never received updated information/signs for my yard and windows. I am very happy I have a security alarm, but not totally confident with the service.

Your not there on weekends

Your not there on weekends, twice I needed help and NO one was their. I would never tell anyone to purchase your service....
