Beautiful apartment, perfect location, fabulously equipped kitchen, and great quality linens. You even get your own wine cellar and hot tub in the courtyard garden. Thanks to Lorenzo for meeting us early, saving us a parking space and for a wonderful welcome and tour of the apartment showing us where everything was and how it worked. Again another big thank you to Select Sicily for outstanding customer service throughout our stay.

We stayed at Selinunte Retreat which we enjoyed very much. So much of a holiday is spent outside that the beautiful gardens and lovely pool were loved by all of us. The bbq was used regularly during our week at the villa.
We had one or two problems but nothing that particularly affected our stay so these were passed on to the owner and SelectSicily at the end of our stay.

Being split between the main house and the annexe took a bit of getting used to as so often something we wanted was in the wrong kitchen. We ended up buying doubles of a few things but we thought neither kitchen worked perfectly. The annexe kitchen was used for group meals but the freezer is in the other kitchen.

SelectSicily were quick to respond to all my questions when we booking and before our arrival which was rather refreshing.

Our second visit to this villa which ticks every box for our family of 6 adults and two infants. The accommodation is comfortable and flexible. The position is private with beautiful views over the vineyards to the sea. You also have Le Foresteria ( as close as you can get to a Michelin starred restaurant but better as it’s so beautifully staffed ) at the other side of the road at the end of the drive and our favourite beach restaurant at Da Vittorio. Take up the 20% discount that Select Sicily have arranged to get your wine from Mandrarossa which is not only stunning quality but very reasonably priced without the discount.
The shopping arrangement is very useful and highly recommended. The house keeper Rosa Maria is a delight and the gardener/refuse remover Gaspare is a lovely man and very helpful.
The personable staff at Select Sicily make the whole experience fantastic.
I think we will be looking to return in 2024

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at Cala Dell’Ovo in early May. The Villa was a perfect home base for exploring northwest Sicily. The layout worked well for two couples, with a bedroom to spare. The Villa is clean and well-appointed inside, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We sat outside each morning and soaked in the amazing view, occasionally catching a gorgeous sunrise over the water. The Villa is conveniently located within walking distance of Scopello, a charming small town with many restaurants and coffee bars. Ninni was a gracious and helpful host, who responded quickly to our inquiries. We would definitely stay at Cala Dell’Ovo again if we return to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Cala dell’ Ovo in Scopello. The house was wonderful, with most stunning views. Everything we could imagine needing was provided for us, down to snorkel set and flippers for our children, by the warm and gracious host Ninni. We loved exploring the beach and coastline on our doorstep, as well as the surrounding countryside. This is a stunning part of the world.

Ninni, the owner of the villa, Cala dell’ Ovo in Scopello, is extremely kind and made our stay perfect. The views from the terraces are stunning while dining alfresco. The kitchen is cosy should one have to cook. Awesome three week vacation, whereby I hope to return very soon. Thank you, Ninni!

We've just returned from a fabulous 7 day holiday at Villa Aria near Menfi in south west Sicily.
Select Sicily were a pleasure to deal with from our initial enquiry right through to the end of our holiday. Monica and Lavinia in the office were very helpful and quick to reply to all our emails, and Aldo was equally helpful when he met us at the villa upon arrival to show us around, and when he came to say goodbye when we left. The welcome basket of traditional foods was a lovely touch, and meant we could cook a delicious dinner on our first night without having to venture out after a long journey.
The villa itself was fantastic, very well equipped and is every bit as good as it looks in all the pictures. The beds are comfy, as are the sofas, and it had everything we needed to make it a real home from home. It stands on its own on top of a hill and is a very peaceful place to be. The panoramic views from every room are amazing, and it was lovely to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunset at the end of a busy day sightseeing.
Its location is perfect for visiting all that the area offers. The local beach nature reserve is only a few minutes drive away, and the Selinunte archaeological park is only about 15 minutes drive. We also visited Marsala, the salt pans and salt museum near Trapani, The Valley of the Temples at Agrigento, Erice, Sciacca, Caltabellotta and Segesta. All these places are within an hours drive - we hired a car for the week and found driving in Sicily to be a lot less stressful than we thought it'd be! There's a supermarket about 15 minutes away in Castelvetrano, and plenty of restaurants in the towns and villages nearby.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for four weeks and immediately felt at home. Ninni, the host was the best host you can imagine - always courteous and helpful - never pushy! The photos promise a lot, but cannot reflect this unique location and this heavenly peace - we were overwhelmed in every respect! The sea was inviting and the bathing bay almost belonged to us.
It was hard for us to say goodbye after four weeks!

We had a wonderful time in the house Le Cicale. The great house is located in the middle of the vineyards with a beautiful view. The house has everything you could wish for, the equipment was great. The price is justified. Everything also worked out great with Aldo, who was very helpful. Gladly again....

We had a wonderful holiday in the Villa. The owners were very accommodating in a few small requests that we had. The space, view and the facilities make this villa a delightful place to stay. Small touches like beach towels for all of us helped in reducing the luggage allowance.

We stayed at Etna View for a week and had a great time. The booking process was very easy, and all queries were answered quickly and clearly. Despite arriving late on Saturday evening, the owners representative was there to welcome us and show us around. Facilities at the villa (pool; cinema room; gym; jacuzzi etc) were very good and the villa owners very responsive and accommodating. Incredible to have such a large area all to ourselves.

My husband and I stayed at Vittorio Veneto Exclusive in Ortigia. We booked via Select Sicily. The accommodation was excellent - good sized bedroom, extremely comfortable bed, very large shower box and a nice little kitchenette which was ideal for making tea and coffee (and light meals should you wish). However, we ate out at the wonderful local restaurants! The apartment is in a nice location and we fell in love with Ortigia! Select Sicily were great - very efficient during the booking process, clear checking in process (self check in) and immediate replies to any queries we had. Thank you!

Casa Melograno 2 is a villa with lots of privacy and beauty. We, two lovers, enjoyed it a lot. Only 3 km from an isolated public beach and with a gorgious panorama. Select Sicily's rep Aldo is very customer oriented and open-minded. We enjoyed every minute.

Lavinia of Select Sicily is a star. She took enormous trouble to ensure our holiday at Selinunte Retreat and Villa Orangerie was a dream. She and the reps on the ground at Castelvetrano could not have been more helpful and willing. Both villas were comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The pools were different, and delightful. We had the best holiday ever.

We were a family of 5 staying in Casa Melograno for 2 weeks in September. The villa was set in a stunning location with a view across a wide valley of vineyards and olive groves. The infinity pool was incredible and regularly cleaned and maintained by the caretaker who was friendly and discreet. We were only a very short drive away from Marinella di Selinunte, which has a number of excellent restaurants, a small supermarket, daily fish auction on the port, and bakeries where you can pick up fresh bread and pastries. Beautiful beaches are very easily accessible as the villa is located only a couple of kilometres from the sea. Our favourite was in front of the lido Zabbara (where you can get food and drink), with the amazing Ancient Greek temple as the backdrop. A very comfortable villa in an excellent location. Select Sicily were very communicative and we were welcomed with bottles of wine from the local area. Highly recommended overall.

Villa Seven Island is a pearl perched on a hill from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape.
The villa is beautiful, furnished with excellent taste, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The terrace, the swimming pool and the beautiful garden allow a relaxing and pleasant holiday.
The spectacular sunsets and the extreme courtesy of the owner Giuseppe made our holiday unforgettable!
The service provided by Lavinia and SelectSicily was impeccable. Highly recommended!

First time dealing with Select Sicily but I doubt it will be the last. Professional and very helpful. We had a wonderful villa near Menfi for my 60 th with my family including 2 under 2 grandchildren. The villa was much better than even expected and I would highly recommend the use of the shopping service ready for arrival for 40 euros plus food costs it just got us straight into the holiday

We organised our trip to Sicily through Select Sicily Villas. They were professional and helpful throughout. A 2 week stay was booked at the wonderful Villa Melograno One in August. The Villa was incredible and set raised above a breath taking valley with Vines and Olive trees as far as the eye could see. Coming from a hectic work environment in Central London this was the perfect place to escape for peace and tranquillity. Our hosts were friendly and helpful as was Select Sicily ensuring we were happy and settled. The swimming pool was amazing and our children loved it. A great company to book through who are incredibly proud of Sicily and an amazing and wonderful Villa to relax and recharge our batteries before returning to the hustle and bustle of London.
