Excellent service best price paid. I sent my old laptop on the Saturday and got my money on the Monday afternoon. Just the best.

Sold a couple of old laptops earlier this year and got a fair price. This time the price seemed less, but laptop did have a broken screen so maybe it was fair.
Very good despatch system and they will supply packaging too if you need it.

I received payment a few days after i sent the laptop so i'm very pleased.

I was surprised by how quickly everything went. I dropped the laptop at the post office at lunch time, and the next day in the afternoon I've already received the money. I was very happy with the final quote they offered and with the overall service. Would recommend.

my laptop was supposed to be picked up on monday, i was supposed to get a text to tell me around what time it would get picked up.
monday: no pick up, no text.
tuesday: same. so i email the company.
wednesday: no reply. i call them. no answer.
thursday: i use laptopdirect instead...

i don't get it... i got a quote, an email confirmation from the website, as well as an online order page where it said my laptop was supposed to be picked up.

thank god i did not send my laptop... i'm pretty sure i would have never seen the money...

I recently sold a laptop to them and was pleasently surprised at how professional they were. No issues as long as you are honest with them. Would have no problem recommending them to all my friends.

The service was good. They responded quickly to email and questions.
Before sending in we had to wipe the laptop and didn't have the original in stallion discs but this wasn't an issue and the offered price did not drop because of that fact.
I posted it on Friday and received on Monday and money in bank account by Monday evening.
Can't ask for any more.

I received a quote for my 2007 Macbook which was higher than all the other quotes I had received. After receiving the free postal box I sent my Macbook and received the payment without delay. All in all a quick and easy process.

Used SYL Many times - perfect service everytime. The website is so easy to get a quote, simply drop in my details and choose the freepost label to print, then drop off at my local post office and they get the items the next day. They check them when they arrive and then the money is in my account the same day. It takes the hassle out of selling the laptops myself and the price is good too. All in all i can't fault the service that they give.

I have tried through the web, phone, email, Twitter - and the company has not responded to me after having sent them TWO laptops!

Straight forward. Received the highest price quoted, at the level of the quote, and money turned up 3 days after despatch.

Initial digital experience was good. Website looked straightforward, Price offered was highest of all websites I contacted. Pushing on ,, registering laptop and arranging collection date online - looked uber-efficient.
Looks can be deceiving ... The collection didn't happen on first attempt .. no reason why .. no contact from them .. I had to login and renew the collection for another date. This one happened. Within days I got an email .. I thought terrific .. Seems there's a problem with my laptop .. small cosmetic damage "minor case damage to keyboard keys" means they need to reduce my quote from £174 to £151 .. they provide no other message other than accept - or decline and we'll send you the laptop back...I know the condition of my laptop... this aint right ... the price adjustment in any event seems completely disproportionate .. I have tried contacting with messaging inside the account "contact us" function ..asking them to show me the "issue" .. send me an image ... . no response .. I have tried calling multiple times .. cannot get through ... they still have my laptop ... and wont talk to me through any of their advertised contact methods.... Absurd ... This is clearly strategic - part of profit margin strategy .. ... They offer you a nice price online (inflated to make them appear competitive) .. then find some minor reason to take a more than minor chunk out of their offer price ... then shut down communications and wait it out ... assuming you'll lose patience and the will to live in the process and give in ... its only £23 right? .. .. But its not the £23 ... They refuse to engage. This is Bullsh*t ... I know my laptop's condition before I sent it. I had original box and packaging which I used to send back to them .. Show me the "minor case damage to keyboard keys" .. then I might believe you.

I think this was a great service. I was scared at first, but I was proved to be wrong as I received my box package and got paid in less than a week of contact. So I would say it's a trustworthy service aswell.

Received the freepost box to send my laptop and had the money within a short time period. There was a slight delay on the time given for the money to exchange hands so as compensation I got an extra £10 when the money arrived in my PayPal. Would recommend to anyone!

Price for Lenovo was same as on eBay. Received packaging, posted back and money was in my account in 24 hours.
