HTC one cases from new offer dropped …
HTC one cases from new offer dropped from £100 to 50. I phoned refused and asked for it back. Finally pushed it to £75 rather than pay for return, got charged £5.75 for phone call.
I now wait to see if I actually get my £75
Not a happy man
Service is tantamount to robbery.
Don't let the advertised prices entice you …
Don't let the advertised prices entice you in. The return postage charge is their hook for when they offer you less money. Do bear in mind the phone which was in working condition was sent at a non working lowest possible standard price band apparently the lowest band is still negotiable. Terrible communication just copy pasting much like the responses seen here. Didn't respond. Avoid.
This company is joke worst customer …
This company is joke worst customer service sent an immaculate Samsung s7 edge the offered me 320 for so sent phone tracking delivery they received it next day then came back to me saying display was damage some pixal rubbish wich weirdly someone elses phone has same fault and scrarches in another review so they offered me 75 so I declined and requested it be sent back currently still waiting on an answer i have paid them.the 6. 99 they want to ship it if it will ever be returned this warning for anyone do not use this company very unprofessional disgrace
I should have read the reviews on this …
I should have read the reviews on this company before sending my phone to them. I was offered £244 for my Samsung Galaxy S7, which was in immaculate condition with about 3 tiny little nicks in it. I get an email telling me that it has dents in it and they are offering me £40 less. I refused to play £7 to have it returned to me after paying nearly £10 special delivery to make sure it got there safely and undamaged. DO NOT USE!! Judging by other reviews, whatever they offer they will never honour!
Utterly appalling
Utterly appalling
They have made up damage to the phone, keep saying it's still locked to a cloud, promise to phone back and then never do or don't pick up
They still have my phone 3 weeks later and no money paid
Considering reporting them to the local police to investigate - any thoughts anyone about to move this on?
AMAZING
WELL WHAT CAN I SAY SO FAST, SO QUICK WITH PAYMENT ALL IN ALL GREAT SERVICE
Over Valued
Good price offered on internet, actual offer considerably less
Appalling service
I have trying to contact them since Friday, I have sent numerous emails and phoned numerous times for the past 3 days and no one is answering the phone or responding to my emails appalling and poor service will never use again
Service
Service was quick and swift at arranging a payment. However original agreed price changed for apparent damage when there was no such and when a new value was agreed to be told that I would get a same day payment and still waiting 3 days later is not good service in my opinion.
Shocking they cut u down!!
Shocking that they come back and cut you down £40 for a scratch?!? It's a joke! The price they already offer is way below market value then they cut u down another £40. I wouldn't use the service again!!
Fab service!
Great service! Money was paid quick and straight into my bank! No fuss!
Would definitely use again! 😊
Recycle I pad mini
Sent the item off, did not get paid high enough. Had to pay 6.99 postage to get it back. Which not worth it. Stuck with the offer and had accept it.
False information
Said my phone was fully damaged and beyond economical repair, only dropped it and broke screen for first time ever 2days before sending it off, phone was perfect working order only sold because i was up graded otherwise i would have had that screen fixed and would of had a perfect fone for years more but these gave me false information about my own phone and deducted money from me wont be doing it again would rather keep phone and get it fixed by honest people will not be recommending use either!!
Don't accept first offer!!
I sent my immaculate Samsung Galaxy A3 to these people after they said they would give me £51 for it. When they got it they emailed me to say there were scratches and scuffs on the phone and would therefore only offer £35!!! When that phone left me it was in new-out-of-the-box condition, there was not a mark on it, so I emailed them back and told them this and said that any damage must have happened at their end...30 mins later I had an email back saying that in the interests of good customer relations they would indeed give me the £51 originally promised! So, don't accept the first offer if your phone is also immaculate when sent away...!
Terrible - avoid like the plague!!
They offered me the best price (£106) for my samsung galaxy s5. It was working perfectly, and spotless, as it has never been out of its case since I bought it. First they sent me a thin unpadded envelope to send the phone in. As if anybody would send an expensive phone in an ordinary envelope! I then got an email saying they'd only offer £60 as it was scuffed and scratched with pixel damage. I told them they were lying and there was nothing wrong with the phone, and would they like the pictures and video I'd taken before sending it in case they tried anything like this. I received an offer of £80 which I accepted, as I expected they would probably damage the phone before returning it so I would be unable to sell it elsewhere. On the plus side the cheque arrived the next day. I broke my own rule by not checking this company out first, and I'll certainly recommend that no-one uses this company.
Very misleading
Sucker you in with a good price for your old phone, but when they received they tell you it has a broken screen and they can only offer you a part of that. They won't send pictures of any damage and in the end you have to pay £6.99 to get it back. And surprise, when you get it back it's absolutely fine!
Don't use them, trust one of the bigger companies.
Fantastic service, top prices paid.
The postage and instructions were clear.
For security it was recommended to use Royal Mail Special Delivery which I did.
I got a fast notification that my item had been received and given various methods for the payment.
After phoning the money was in my account within 30 minutes !
Highly recommended service.
HORRIBLE TRADER
Literally had to threaten this guy with court action as will as attending his premises with the police and trading standards to get him to reply to emails.
sent in an iphone 6 16gb in pretty much mint condition minus one little scratch on the bottom. All of a sudden after he tests it, it has "wear and tear" and "scratches all over the LED" meanwhile from the day I got the phone it was covered in a screen protector and a phone case and I never took them off. He also then lies that the phone is locked to ONE network after I have used multiple networks sims with the phone. Originally offered £221 on the website, but then tried to offer me £120 at which point i demanded my phone back (of course he would reply to emails days later and also kept trying to convince me that other companies probably wouldnt give me what he offered.
This guy is full of crap and after reading half of the reviews on here (too little too late) i realised that rather than risk get my phone back with him probably maliciously damaging it, I went for his "one time good-will offer" (which started at £120, then went to £150 and the £170). ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
His game is to basically wear you down till you give in, and after typing this I really shouldnt have just given in out of frustration.
Cowboys. Do not use
Should have known better - When I did a comparison these guys gave the best price. Should have noted the poor star ratings for the from Trustpilot, but went ahead anyway.
As everyone else has found out the good price dropped dramatically when they found some non existent damage- "slight scratch on back of casing".
You have to pay £6.99 to get the phone back so makes it uneconomical to do so.
I'd suggest you use Music Magpie, at least they pay what was agreed.
