A brilliant service. Outer packaging with post already paid sticker arrived in a couple of days of booking the order. Posted my phone and got Informed that phone was received. Then got informed that phone was processed and informed that money had been paid straight into my bank account, all in no time.

They tell you that you'll get more for your phone in the hope you'll just accept any ridiculous quote they give you once they have it at their warehouse. Knocked £50 off my quote because the phone had scratches when on the website it only asked for it to be in working order.

Sent in two iPhone 6's that we had kept in a very good covers.
received an email saying that they will offer less as casing has few scratch marks and scuff marks.
i wish I had taken photos of them, as they were in very good condition.

I've since read many comments about this Company and it seems I'm not the first to have had this letter.

i would never use this company again.
they charge £6.99 to return the phone too.

Like other people have said offer highest price then come up with lies to why they can't give you that price, then say they will return it for £6.99 . They don't return emails. They find faults with your phone that weren't there b4. Wish I'd of read review 1st.

The process is simple and easy from start to finish. Would highly recommend - its a far better open to recycle than keeping hold of no longer needed mobile phones. and doing with sellsmartforcash is awesome.

I have been using internet for my most day to day needs and I would suggest people to read the T&C of a website before using it. This helps knowing what are you getting into.

Service is easy and secure ensuring a quick easy payout.

Don't give you the quoted price which is the highest hence why people get involved with them, they don't reply to emails or return telephone calls, sounds like they're inundated with issues, definitely won't use again or recommend

They quote high and then discover non-existent issues in the hope that you take the easy option. My phone was unmarked yet they offered £50 less than the original quote

Brilliant service. All done in 7 days from envelope in the post to return phone to cheque turning up . I have no qualms at all using this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Offered 255 and paid 165 for scratches on the screen that were not there for fact. DO NOT USE This company. No telephone number works either. Oh and definitely NOT next day service. T

I sent in a pristine phone no marks or damage. Their "technical experts found scuff marks and a "blurry LCD" display (which I am not even sure is possible). The reduced their estimate from £153 down to £110.

I challenged them saying I had photos of the phone and they increased there valuation up to market value £130. Still not their original quote though.

I was livid with the treatment but the £6.95 charge to return stops making any better deal.

They did pay quickly though

The worst company I've ever had to deal with. Offered 153 for my galaxy s6 in perfect condition to then email to say they could only offer 110 as the LCD was scratched and there were dents on it. Never heard anything so ridiculous in all my life. Had pictures of the phone before I sent it.
I emailed to advise I would be reporting them to trading standards and the consumer ombudsmen. The offer was increased to 130.
I then told them nothing less than the original price will be accepted. On day 5 now of them receiving my phone, they have now agreed to pay the 153 and have advised there were technical issues yesterday when they tried to make payment and there will definitely be a payment going into my account today. Still nothing received and my phone call is not being answered. They clearly have used the same tactics with other people leaving you in a positjon to either acceot cobsidetably lower than offered, or pay to have your phone returned.Do not use these people it's not worth the hassle or risk! You can nwber get through to them and it costs alot to do so. Its conicidental how every phone they recieve os extensively damaged!I will be reporting them to trading standards and I advise everyone else to do so to get them shut down!

Had 2 wait 5 days for so called same day payment had to ring there dear rate 0871 number to chase the payment and to see what's happening then they chipped me down £30 on price stated they don't reply to messages think am lucky to get my money after what I've read

Quoted a good price for a WORKING phone handset on the website. Sent phone (that has always had a screen protector and case on) off to the company to be told there where deep scratches to the back, dents to the casing and scratches to the screen! Im sorry but that was most certainly not the case. The phone has always been looked after. But even in the case that these things where true- when does working handset mean perfect factory condition??? Very misleading site! STAY AWAY!

This company offered me the best price for my phone which was in pristine condition. They offered cash into my bank the same day they recieved the phone. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews first!

They sent me an email to say the recieved the phone, then after over a week of trying to contact them with no luck, I refused to use their £1.50 a minute customer phone line, they eventually sent me an email saying they have downgraded their offer because the phone was damaged. I know this to be untrue. They then took £6.99 to return the phone. Now over a month later I still have not had my phone returned and they refuse to answer emails. I have raised a county court action against them.

Quick , no fuss sent off package with phone, next day received email confirming receipt ., then day 2 received an email confirming payment.
