Followed their advice to send registered but no one was in on a Saturday to receive my item. They got it on the Monday but did not send the money to my bank until the Thursday,so it took awhile to get my cash.

Wellmlike a lot of unfortunate people i didnt read the reviews to after i sent my phone, after automated messages of crap saying my phone was still linked to icloud, and it was beyond economical repair so i would recieve nothing, but if i wanted my phone back it would cost me £6.99!!!!! i am utterley disgraced, i cannot afford this being a single mom, and never once did they make this clear! do not for the love of god use this company, they will use the same bull they did on me and many many others. just about to put a report in now to trading standards, i will not let this go, as they say they make the return fee clear....but NO THEY DONT!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They offer the highest price on the comparison site but one you send in your device they come up with a list of contrived reasons why they have had to reduce the offer. In my case the offer was reduced by more than 25% based on marks to the screen...the screen was brand new having just been replaced. I read the reviews and thought that I would give the benefit of the doubt. Do not make the same mistake.
