I absolutely do not trust them. As most others have mentioned, you offer is never honoured. There wasn't a mark on the phone yet the offer was reduced by half straight away. I asked for pictures to support what they were saying, no reply but they upped the offer. I again refused and asked for evidence. They wouldn't provide a response. Now they have sent me some money and are no longer corresponding with me. I never accepted the reduced offer, or gave them permission to keep the phone!

Edit - I wish sellsmartforcash would put as much effort in to resolving the issue as they do trying to get my review removed!

Process took much longer than initially expected. Had to phone after one week due to lack of updates. Initial offer of £41 was dropped to £20 because of condition, despite the fact that I had selected the appropriate description of working. Organisation knew very well that I would be left to accept their offer, as I would have been charged £7 return fee anyway. Poor service

this is the worst company I have ever dealt with had my phone is sept the 19th same thing they say every time I rang last 4 times I have spoken to the them they have told me my phone is being reviewed and they have unlocked it and will get an email by the next day. Which I still haven't had each time no they wont answer the phone or respond to my emails over the last 3 weeks trading standards are being contacted

Great service, and good customer support. I will use them again, but a couple of minor issues let them down.

A couple of quick security issues - when customers register, DO NOT send them their password in plain text in an email. Oh, and whilst they're registering with you, DO NOT allow this to be done in HTTP. You have an HTTPS site, enforce it for logins.

Security aside, the registration was easy and allowed me to get my phone booked in with them at a good price, beating all other sites. Unfortunately, the site's a little bit flaky when it comes to printing labels, so I had to manually create my own postage label, which I used to send the phone by special delivery, to make sure it was insured.

I got confirmation of arrival early the next day (Friday), but despite assurances of same day payment across the website, I'd heard nothing further and had no response by Wednesday of the next week. I sent a mail using the contact form on the website, but after hearing nothing by the next day, I gave them a call. There had apparently been an issue with classification, but the guy who answered the phone said he'd resolve it straight away and approve payment.

This happened, and a few hours later, a faster payment of the initially agreed amount went into my bank account.

Mistakes happen, and I'm glad they sorted it out when I called, but there's room for improvement with regards to the site's security, and making sure phones are classified properly, or at least notifications of progress sent to customers so they can query it.

Terrible experience with this company. Didn't hear anything from them for a week so emailed them twice with no response. When I rang them he said they'd emailed me which they hadn't. He informed me on the phone that the price they offered me was lower than the initial online price due to scratches and repairs needed even the phone was in perfect working order and condition and was barely 6 months old. I argued that it was in good condition so asked for a refund which would then cost me £6.99. He then rang me 20 minutes later and offered me a slightly higher price, but not the full amount offered in the beginning. I accepted the offer and was told I'd receive the money that day and didn't. Rang again the next day and had to remind the same guy to send me the money. Apparently they had an issue with the banking system. I recieved the money later that day. Would not recommend this company

They quoted me £50 for my iPhone 5c. When reviewing it they offered me only £30 due to some scratches etc. They said if I wanted the phone back I would have to pay £6.99 delivery charge. This was not well advertised when I sent the phone. I feel they were deceitful in their approach.

I emailed them back and declined £30. I stated I wanted more money for the phone. I received NO email response from them. I then received another email saying the payment has been processed. Two days later I received £30 in the post. THIS WAS AGAINST MY WISHES. I feel taken advantage of. I have had a terrible experience with this company. You are powerless to stop what they want to do.

NEVER sell your phone with this company.
