I've sent them a brand new tool. They gave me a price for.
They have received it, tested it, then sent me pics saying it is used,
So they have lowered the price that I'm getting.
Been waiting 2 days for payment and still haven't received it.

The tool was originally described as brand new, and our offer was based on that. When it arrived, it was clearly used. We provided photos to show this, and you acknowledged that it may have been used and that you hadn’t been checked prior to sending.
Because of this, we had to reassess the price before proceeding. The short delay in payment was due to waiting for agreement on the revised valuation — we don’t issue payment until this is confirmed to avoid any disputes.
We remained in contact with you throughout and handled everything transparently, so we’re surprised by this feedback. Our 24-hour payment timeframe applies where items match the original description. Where there is a mismatch, delays can occur while this is resolved and agreed.

Did not respond to emails or message.
Having a workshop clearout, and not wanting the hassle of selling items individually, on Ebay or wherever, I sent two emails over the space of two weeks. In both emails, I asked that I get a response even if the company was not interested in buying my tools. I also rang and left a message, referencing my emails, asking for some kind of response.
Nowt back, nothing, zero.
Bad form!

The top chap from this company, David, reached out to me early last week. Unfortunately, even after many emails, we failed to do a deal but, nonetheless, I've changed my star rating from the original 1 to 5. David is a nice chap to deal with and, despite comms failure the first time around, I'll certainly get back to him if/as/when I have more tools to sell.
